How To make Maple Apple Muffins
2 each eggs -- beaten
1/2 cup Margarine - becel light
or butter
1 cup maple syrup :
100% Pure
1 1/2 cups apples, peeled -- diced
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350. Cream eggs and margarine in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add Maple Syrup and apples. Mix well. Sift in dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

These great tasting muffins can be made with your favorite nuts.....
2 cups all-purpose flour
1Tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 eggs room temperature beaten
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 Maple syrup
6 Tablespoons oil your choice
1/4 cup chopped nuts your choice
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in n a bowl and stir set aside
Beat eggs add granulated sugar , oil, milk and maple syrup mix well. Add dry ingredients to wet till just combined.
Fill 12 muffin lners equally sprinkle chopped nuts on top of batter
Bake at 400 F 15 - 20 minutes place hot muffins on cooling rack for a couple of minutes then remove them from pan. Allow Muffins then to sit on the cooling rack
