How To make Mango Cream Pie
1/2 package (15 oz.) refrigerated piecrusts
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup lime juice
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup rum
optional
1 jar (26 oz.) mango slices
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
Fresh mint sprigs :
for garnish
Fit piecrust into 9 inch pieplate according to package directions; fold edges under, and crimp. Prick bottom and sides of piecrust witha fork.
Bake at 450 for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown; set aside to cool.
Sprinkle gelatin over lime juice in a small saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, and stir in condensed milk and, if desired, rum.
Process mango slices in a food processor or electric blender until smooth. Stir 2 cups mango into gelatin mixture, reserving remaining mango for another use; pour into prepared piecrust. Chill until set.
Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Spread over filling. Garnish, if desired. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.

Pie Crust
1cup crushed graham
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Cream filling
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2-3 cups whipping cream
1tbsp gelatin bloom in water
topping
sliced mango
mango flavored gelatin

This recipe is the most delicious we've ever made. We did not refrigerate it, we eat it right away we couldn't wait! Ingredients are 1 1/2 cup yogurt plain, 5 eggs, 1/4 cup cornstarch, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 tsp baking powder pinch of lemon zest, whipping cream and mango.

The mago cheesecake recipe (15cm round pan)
* Cookie Base
80g cookies (3oz)
40g melted butter (3 tbsp)
* Cream cheese filling
200g cream cheese (7oz)
50g sugar (4 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g yogurt (3.5 tbsp)
150g mango puree (1 cup)
2 tsp gelatine (6g)
2 tbsp cold water
bloom 5 minutes and microwave 15 seconds
100ml heavy cream (1/2 cup)
20g sugar (1.5 tbsp)
* Mango jelly
1.5 tsp powdered gelatine (4g)
60ml cold water (4 tbsp)
12g sugar (1 tbsp)
120g mango puree (3/4 cup)

for the streusel

2 tbsp. milk powder
for the filling
4 cheeks of riped mango
1 tbsp. of lemon or calamansi juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can/370 ml. evaporated or fresh milk
2 tbsp. gelatin powder (pwede din ang 1 pack ng clear at unflavored gulaman)
3/4 cup sygar
90 ml. all purpose cream
