How To make Mange Tout and Carrots with Soy Sauce.
300 g 10 oz baby carrots
350 g 12 oz mange tout, trimmed.
30 ml 2 tbsp soy sauce.
Half clove garlic, crushed. 1 Cm half inch piece of fresh
Root ginger peeled and Chopped 25 g 1 oz sunflower seeds toasted
Remove the tops from the carrots, then scrub them. Bring a large steamer to the boil and steam the carrots for 5 minutes. Add the mange tout and steam for a further 2 minutes. Place the vegetables, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a large pan and stir for one minute until thoroughly mixed. Put into a large bowl and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.

2 Onions
1 Broccoli
Salt & Pepper to taste
Herb seasoning (Optional)

This is how-to stir fry snow peas with garlic and soy sauce in 2 minutes.
There are times when you come home from work and you are just missing a vegetable dish to complete dinner. And this is why I always have snow peas in the fridge. They keep well and it's fast to cook. All you need is garlic, some soy sauce to compliment the sweetness of the snow peas and 2 minutes of your time.
Ingredients:
150g snow peas
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil

Ingredients:
4 cremini mushrooms
1/4 red onion
3/4 green bell pepper
3/4 red bell pepper
60g broccolini
1/2 cup baby corn
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
splash of toasted sesame oil
drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
1. Quarter the cremini mushrooms. Roughly chop the red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces
2. To make the sauce, combine the hoisin sauce, both soy sauces, black vinegar, and toasted sesame oil
3. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Drizzle in some olive oil
4. Sauté the red onion and both bell peppers for a couple of minutes
5. Add the mushrooms and broccolini. Sauté for 3-4min
6. Add the baby corn and sauce. Sauté another couple of minutes, then plate and serve

1/2 tsp black pepper
