1 lb RAW large or jumbo shrimp, deveined and rinsed with cool water and a little lemon juice
Marinade for shrimp:
2 1/2 tsps Soy sauce
2 tsps Shaoxing Chinese cooking wine (Get from the international aisle or an asian store plz)
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Black pepper to taste

1-2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsps finely minced ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup fresh Snow peas

Sauce Ingredients:
2 tsps soy sauce
2 tbsps Shaoxing wine
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup Chicken broth
1 tsp rice vinegar (get from asian section of supermarket or asian food store)

Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Suggested Substitutes:
Shaoxing wine - Mirin or Dry Sherry or a little salt
Chicken broth - Shrimp broth or vegetable broth or Mix hot water with a little boullion or a chicken/shrimp seasoning packet from a ramen pack

How to Cook Stir Fried Beef & Mangetout in Oyster Sauce Chinese Style
Welcome to Chinese Cooking. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia, in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes.
Ingredients:
150g Beef Fillet
100g Sugar Snap Peas
1 Spring Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
10g Ginger
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Method:
1. Finely chop the spring onion, garlic and ginger
2. Slice the beef thinly
3. Boil 1 litre of water in the saucepan
4. Add sugar snap peas and blanch for 10 seconds, remove and drain
5. Add beef into the same saucepan for 10 seconds then remove and drain
6. Place 1 Tbsp oil in the wok and add garlic, ginger and spring onion
7. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Fry for a minute on high heat
8. Add beef and sugar snap peas, stir fry for a minute
9. Add sesame oil and stir, then immediately remove from heat
10. Transfer onto a dish and serve

Vegetable Chow Mein Recipe | EASY Chinese vegan Noodles dinner idea!
LEARN HOW TO MAKE AN EASY CHINESE CHOW MEIN NOODLES RECIPE
LAY HO MA!! By far one of the most popular noodle dishes around - and for good reason! This easy vegan chow mein is quick to put together and is super delicious. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a vegetarian/vegan chow mein recipe. Let's begin.
Ingredients:
1 cup cremini mushrooms
2 pieces garlic
2-3 sticks green onion
1/2 red onion
1/4 red bell pepper
1/2 cup snow peas
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 generous tbsp hosin sauce
splash of toasted sesame oil
130g ramen noodles
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup bean sprouts
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles
2. Roughly chop the mushrooms, garlic, and green onions. Slice the red onion and red bell pepper
3. Peel down the tough stringy part of the snow peas
4. Prep the sauce by combining the soy sauce, vinegar, hosin sauce, and sesame oil
5. Cook the noodles for half the time of package instructions. In this case 2mins. Gently stir the noodles to keep them from sticking
6. Strain out the noodles and set them aside
7. Heat up a non stick pan on medium heat. Add the olive oil
8. Add in the red onion, green onion, and garlic. Sauté for about a minute
9. Add the mushrooms, snow peas, and bell pepper. Sauté for a couple of minutes
10. Add in the noodles, sauce and bean sprouts. Sauté for another minute or two and you're done

For these pepper shrimp you'll need...
1 lb medium shrimp
3 small bell peppers
1 red or yellow onion
2 tablespoon butter
3 large clove garlic
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
i teaspoon dry parsley (Optional)
