How To make Mama's Shrimp Spaghetti
4 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 lb Unpeeled medium-size fresh
- shrimp 1/2 pk Vermicelli or thin spaghetti
- (7-oz.) 1/3 c Butter or margarine
1/3 c All-purpose flour
2/3 c Chicken broth
2/3 c Whipping cream
3/4 c Shredded Swiss cheese (3-oz)
2 1/2 tb Dry sherry
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Ground white pepper
2 tb Grated parmesan cheese
2 tb Slivered almonds
Bring water to a boil; add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain well; rinse with cold water. Chill. Peel and devein shrimp; set aside. Cook vermicelli according to directions; drain. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add broth and cream; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in Swiss cheese, sherry, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat; stir in shrimp and vermicelli. Spoon mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and almonds. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 6 minutes or until browned.

Ingredients;
* ¾ lb pasta of choice
* Kosher salt
* Olive Oil
* 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
* Black pepper
* ½ red onion chopped
* 5 garlic cloves minced
* 1 teaspoon dry oregano
* ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
* 1 cup dry white wine
* 1 lemon zested and juiced
* Large handful chopped fresh parsley
* 2 to 3 vine ripe tomatoes chopped
* Topping Parmesan cheese to your liking.
Instructions
* Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Reserve a little bit of the starchy pasta cooking water. Drain the pasta well.
* While the pasta is cooking, cook the shrimp. In a large pan heat 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat until the oil is shimmering but not smoking. Cook the shrimp on each side for 2 to 3 minutes until it turns pink. Transfer the shrimp to a side plate for now.
* In the same pan add a little more extra virgin olive oil, if needed. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the onions, garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the wine to the pan and scrape up any pieces of garlic and onions. Cook the wine for 1 minute to reduce then add the lemon juice and lemon zest. Add the chopped parsley and tomatoes, toss about for about 30 to 40 seconds. Season with Kosher salt. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, and toss to coat. Add some of the pasta starchy water if you need to. Finally, add the cooked shrimp. Allow the shrimp to warm through briefly (another 30 seconds), then remove the pasta from heat. To finish, sprinkle a little grated parmesan cheese and more red pepper flakes.

Seasoning
Shrimps 4-5 pieces
Chopped garlic 1 Tbsp

Lemon juice
Tomato (for decorate)
How to :
Boil Mama noodles and set it aside to rest
Add olive oil,Chopped garlic into a pan and then stir-fry the Shrimps until it’s done.
Add Chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese and Seasoning then mix them together. And add more flavor by Lemon juice.
Put boiled noodles on the ingredients and stir to mix up.
