Keto Macaroni Pasta | Lupin Flour Recipe
In this video I show you how to make keto macaroni pasta with Lupin Flour and Vital Wheat Gluten. Good-bye Cauliflower Mac ‘n Cheese! This is our first video in our Pasta Shapes series, stay tuned for more shapes.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Once baked stir into the sauce, once the pasta sauce is cooked. Or simmer in hot, salted water over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

This version features a ragu or meat sauce recipe which she developed using pointers that she learned from an Italian neighbor from many years ago. No, it is not an exact copy of that recipe which takes seven hours to simmer. It is not the usual sweet-style Pinoy spaghetti sauce, either.
This video also features a different way of cooking the macaroni, resulting in a creamy and tasty pasta layer that definitely brings the final product to a better level.
