How To make Macaroni Saute
2 c Uncooked elbow macaroni (or
8 oz Box of elbow macaroni)
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
1/2 c Finely chopped green pepper
1 Clove garlic, peeled and
-crushed 1/2 c Vegetable oil
20 oz Can tomato juice
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1. In a 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, place
vegetable oil, macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes or until macaroni turns slightly yellow. Stir occasionally. Set aside. 2. In a 1-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic measuring cup, heat tomato
juice, uncovered, in Microwave Oven for 6 minutes or until tomato juice comes to a boil. 3. Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to tomato juice. Stir to
combine. 4. Pour tomato juice mixture into macaroni mixture. Heat, uncovered, in
Microwave Oven 13 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

Looking for a quick and easy recipe that is also delicious? Try this one pot pasta with tomato sauce! This pasta dish requires only one pan, few basic ingredients and 20-30 minutes of cooking. This dish is loved by both adults and kids. This easy recipe can be made with any kind of pasta you have at home and you also can adjust and add any veggies that you like. If you exclude the parmesan from this version, it would be a great vegan pasta dish.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves
1 can (14oz/400g) Tomato sauce
2 tablespoons (30g) Tomato paste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Oregano
Basil
1½ cups (360ml) Water or vegetable stock
8oz (225g) Pasta of your choice
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In pot heat olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add tomato paste, cook for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, water and stir.
3. Add pasta, bring to a boil. Cover, reduce to medium-low heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 14-18 minutes, depends on the pasta type. Add more water if needed.
4. Transfer to a plate and grate some parmesan cheese on top.

Today I made Indian Style Macaroni Pasta Soup for lunch. It has strong herby flavors of ginger, dried fenugreek leaves and lots of tomatoes. This soup is so fulfilling to the stomach. Also it is very healthy recipe. Perfect idea for lunch or dinner. Follow my recipe of Macaroni pasta soup indian style and let me in the comments how you liked it.
INGREDIENTS
Tomatoes - 2
Onion - 2
Ginger - 2 inch sliced
Green chilli - 1
Water - 3 cups
Olive Oil - 2 TBSP (You can use any other oil)
Garlic - 6 cloves
Salt - 1/2 TBSP
Black pepper - 1/2 TBSP
Macaroni Pasta - 2 cups
Dried Fenugreek leaves or Kasuri Methi
METHOD
1. Boil Tomatoes, Onion, Ginger & Green chilli in 3 cups water. Then let it cool. When it is cool, grind it to make a smooth puree. Also save the water.
2. Sauté Tomato Onion puree in Oil and add salt & black pepper
3. Wash pasta with plain water. Add to puree, then also add water we saved earlier. Cook till soup thickens. Garnish with Kasuri Methi.
