How To make Low Fat Cream Cheese Tube Cake

rum, or brandy or cognac

tablespoon
confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Coat 10 inch tube or bundt pan with nonstick vegetable spray; set aside. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together; set aside.
Beat cream cheese and margarine with an electric mixer in large bowl until well blended. Add sugar and beat until light, 2 minutes. Beat in egg substitute, egg whites, buttermilk, vanilla, lemon zest and liquor; mix well. Add flour mixture and beat until just blended.
Turn batter into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 75 to 80 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes before turning out onto rack to finish cooling. Dust with confectioners' sugar while still warm.

Super Easy No-Bake Cheesecake (No Egg, No Gelatine, No Condensed milk)
This no-bake vanilla cheesecake is with smooth creamy filling, perfectly combined with a biscuits base that has a slight salty touch to it. Great combo! Super easy and doesn't require gelatine. Do try!

---------------------------------- RECIPE ------------------------------------
✨Ingredients✨
***For the Crust***
125g (4 oz) cookies crumbs (Leibniz Butterkeks, Oreo, digestive bisquits etc.)
1/4 cup (50g) butter, melted
***For the Cheese filling***
1+1/3 cups (300 g) Full fat Cream cheese, room temperature
5.3 oz (150g) white chocolate
3/4 cup (200ml) Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
????????Instructions
✅Line the sides and the bottom of 7-inch (18 cm) springform pan.
✅To make the crust: crush cookies into fine crumbs (using a food processor or a Ziploc bag). Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press into bottom of 7-inch (18 cm) springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
✅Melt a white chocolate over the water bath. Allow to cool down slightly.
✅Add cream cheese and vanilla mix until everything is combined and smooth and there are no lumps in the mixture.
✅In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to medium peaks. Gradually fold into the cheesecake mixture.
✅Pour the filling into the pan.
❄️Refrigerate overnight
✅Decorate the top of the cake with cookies crumbs or with fresh fruits if desired

✅Store in the fridge up to 3 days or freezer up to 1 month

[RECIPE BELOW] Cream Cheese Pound Cake.
12 slices of fatty, creamy, stodgy goodness! This pound cake is a fantastic way to treat your sweet tooth AND up those fats at the same time! The thing I love about keto desserts like these is that over a couple of days they taste sweeter and fattier!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 & 1/4 cups (125g) Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 tbsp Salted Butter, soft
- 1/2 cup Sweetener (I used Erythritol)
- 3.5oz (100g) Cream Cheese, soft
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c/350f. Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it, or use a silicone pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, add the butter and the sweetener. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined and fluffy.
4. Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract. Beat with the electric mixer again until well combined.
5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating between them. Then, add the mixed dry ingredients and mix until you have a liquid-y batter.
6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7. Leave in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then remove and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Once cool, slice into 12 and enjoy!

For the CREAM CHEESE
Full cream milk – 1 ½ liters
Lemon juice – 4 tblsp
For the BISCUIT BASE
Digestive biscuit crumbs – 1 ½ cup
Melted butter – ½ cup
Icing sugar – 3 tblsp
For the CREAM CHEESE FILLING
Cream cheese – 1 ¼ cup or about 300g
Hung curd or yogurt – ½ cup
Sweetened Condensed milk – ½ cup
Icing sugar – 3 tblsp
Salt – a pinch
Full fat /Heavy cream – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 2 tsp
Powdered gelatin – 1 tblsp
Hot water – 2 tblsp
For the RASPBERRY STRAWBERRY SAUCE:
Raspberry Strawberry Preserve or any berry preserve or jam – 3 tblsp
