Instant Pot Chili Mac | The Recipe Rebel
This Instant Pot Chili Mac is a one pot meal the family will love! With a little spice, lean ground beef, whole grain macaroni and lots of cheese!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 red bell pepper finely chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder (2 if you like it spicy!)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon cumin
3 cups low sodium beef or chicken broth
1 can red kidney beans or black beans rinsed
1 1/2 cups tomato pasta sauce
340-375 grams whole grain macaroni (about 12-13oz)
1/2 cup low fat milk
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Turkey Chili Mac 'N Cheese
This delicious one pot meal is full of vegetables and protein that the whole family will love.
American Chili Mac KGIC
Chili mac is a delicious and hearty dish that combines two American favorites: chili and macaroni and cheese. Here's a simple recipe to make chili mac at home:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups beef broth
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, and cook until the onion is translucent.
Add chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot, and stir to coat the beef and onion mixture.
Pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans, and bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the uncooked macaroni to the pot, and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is cooked and the chili is thickened.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it is melted and well combined.

Cheesy Meaty Chili Mac Recipe (Kids Love It)
This is the chili mac recipe that my kids love. Super simple, cheesy, meaty macaroni noodles. An easy weeknight meal that cooks up in about 30 minutes. Hope you enjoy, thanks for watching.
Ingredients:
Ground beef 90% lean - 1.5 lbs
Elbow macaroni - 1 lb
Tomato sauce - 1 18oz can
Cheddar cheese - shredded, approx 5oz
Approx 1 teaspoon each of: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder.
Add more chili powder to taste.
