Directions:
Melt butter. Add flour; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Whisk in milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to boil, whisking; reduce and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with cheese and cooked pasta.

To make this Skinny Fettucini Alfredo, you'll need:
* 1 lb fettucini pasta
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic, chopped
* 2 tablespoons flour
