1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 stick melted butter 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 6 boneless chicken breasts 1 pkg pepperidge farm herb stuffing -- ground finely Blend mayonnaise and butter. Crush herb stuffing finely.Blend in onion and garlic powder, mix well. Dip chicken breasts into the mayo mixture and coat with stuffing crumbs. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or till chicken is cooked through.

Lisa shows you how to roast chicken. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Season chicken liberally on both sides with desired seasonings (salt, pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, oregano, rosemary, etc) Drizzle olive oil or vegetable oil on skin side. Place skin side up and put in oven. Roast (bake) at 425 for 30-45 min, or until interior temp of chicken pieces reach 165 degrees. Enjoy!
