My mother has been spreading this on our sandwiches for as long as I can remember and it sure is yummy. Not healthy, but delicious! I personally think that it also works nicely as a dip for parties served with crackers or pretzels. This particular day my mother and I served it with Mary's Gone Crackers Black Pepper crackers, but I think any of the Mary's cracker flavors would work well - they are all gluten-free. Now traditionally this recipe calls for ground caraway seeds, but we left this ingredient out of the video, because my father is not a huge fan of caraway seeds and neither am I. Feel free to include caraway if you like that taste.

Körözött - Savory Hungarian Cheese Spread
My cooking requires with few simple ingredients and almost no effort. Budget friendly and taste good! Recipe:
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. goat or feta cheese
2-3 tablespoons sour cream (for easier mix)
1/2 red onion finally chopped or omit
1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika more or less to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt or not
1 -2 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
Bring cream cheese, goat or feta cheese to room temperature.
Place in a bowl along with the remaining ingredients: blend well.
Transfer to a sewing bowl. Garnish with extra scallions and serve.
Optional ingredients:
butter, mustard, black pepper.

DELICIOUS MARINATED CHEESE! CZECH RECIPE!
Today my friend Nikola from Czech Republic, marinated cheese with olive oil and veggies. She said this is traditional Czech food, lets try!!
For this we took:
Hard cheese (mozzarella, swiiss, gouda, smoked guoda, blue cheese)
Red and green bell pepper (2+2)
Onion (1,5)
Garlic (3)
Cilantro (1)
Olive oil (1,5 liter)
Herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, bay leaf)
The quantity of products depends on how much you want to make. From those products that we indicated in the video, we got 3 jars.
The most important thing is to heat the oil with vegetables, NOT BOIL, and then cool it (warm). After 4 days cheese will be good to eat!
