minced 1 pound Tuna; grill -- cut bite-size 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar 6 Tomatoes -- chop ds Cumin ds Turmeric Salt and pepper Linguine; cook al dente Saute peppers, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add tomatoes, tuna, vinegar, spices and capers. Serve over pasta.

Tuna lemon pasta recipe
Sometimes you really do not have a lot of time for cooking but you still want to prepare something special. This recipe can help: it's incredibly easy and incredibly tasty, and super fast to prepare. The main ingredient (with the exception of pasta) is tuna. I do not use canned tuna very often, but when I use it I want a good quality one. I want the tuna to be in extravirgin olive oil (it is more tasty and tender) and the color of the tuna should be vibrant pink/yellow, not a pale white. The lemon zest gives a fresh touch to the recipe. I also added two ingredients: capers and anchovies. Although they give an extra twist to the recipe and I really recommend them, I would suggest to use them only for older kids or adults as their strong taste might not please young palates. Linguine Tuna and Broccoli

Ingredients:
1 lb. Linguine 1 lb. Frozen Broccoli Florets 4 cloves Minced Garlic 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 3/4 cup. White Wine 12 oz. Tuna Salt/Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Cook pasta until there are about 3 minutes of cook time left, and add broccoli. Drain pasta and broccoli, and set aside. Sauté garlic and red pepper in some olive oil for 1 minute. Add wine, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil. Add tuna and cook for 1 minute. Return pasta and broccoli to pan and heat through before serving.
