How To make Linguine "Deliziose"
1 lb Linguine
1 lb Prawns, medium, cleaned
deveined 1 lb Salmon, filet, fresh,
:
julienned coarsely Flour 3/4 c Oil, olive
1 c Leeks, julienned
6 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c Wine, white
1 tb Marjoram
1 tb Parsley, chopped
2 md Garlic, cloves, minced
Salt Pepper 2 tb Butter (optional)
1 c Broth, chicken
Boil linguine according to the package instructions or make it fresh. Cool under cold running water and set aside. Flour the prawns and salmon lightly. In a large saute pan, heat the olive oil over high heat, then add the prawns and salmon and saute for 1 minute. Add the leeks and mushrooms (one at a time), and saute for 1 minute after each addition. Next, add wine, marjoram, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and butter. Saute lightly for 1 minutes. Add broth, lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes, adding more broth if the mixture becomes too dry. Add the drained linguine and mix well, then simmer for 1 minute. To serve, place linguine on a plate first, decorate with prawns, then pour the remaining sauce over both. Garnish with parsley. Ciao a tutti! Oggi vi presento una ricetta di pasta veramente strepitosa! Rigatoni in crema di basilico con pancetta e pomodorini è un delizioso primo piatto, perfetto per pranzo o cena. La vostra famiglia la adorerà! Questa pasta è così deliziosa, che quando la cucino non riesco a smettere di mangiarla! Ricetta molto facile, nutriente e gustosa, che può fare chiunque! La seconda ricetta è una favolosa pasta in crema di verza con pancetta croccante. Bastano pochi semplici ingredienti e pochissimo tempo per prepararla! Pasta molto gustosa che piace a tutti! Ingredienti:
- 250 g di pasta (rigatoni)
- 80 g di pancetta
- 1 scalogno
- 1 spicchio d'aglio
- 20 pomodorini
- 50 g di basilico
- 40 g di parmigiano
- 30 ml di olio d'oliva
- 30 ml di acqua
- Sale, pepe
- 1 peperoncino

- 40 g di parmigiano
- 20 ml di latte

Penne alla vodka was a very popular dish in the 80’s and 90’s and while it’s a little hard to track the true origin, one thing is for sure, it has been completely transformed outside of Italy so my aim is to bring it back to its roots! This creamy pasta dish is my Mums recipe with a small tweak from me – do you think this dish deserves a comeback on Italian menus? TRIS di VERDURE per la TUA PASTA - Ricetta FACILE!
Ingredienti:
• 1 zucchina media ( 150 g )
• 1 melanzana media ( circa 150 g)
• 2 spicchi di aglio
• 10/15 datterini freschi
• basilico
• sale e pepe
• 280 g di caserecce
• 40 g di gorgonzola dolce
• olio evo
Procedimento:
Mettete a bollire sufficiente acqua salata dove cuocerete la pasta.
In padella, fate soffriggere in un giro di olio, l’aglio, quindi aggiungete le zucchine tagliate a cubetti.
Quando assumeranno un bel colorito, aggiungete anche le melanzane che assorbiranno l’olio e lo rilasceranno cuocendo. Quando iniziano a rilasciare olio, calate la pasta, e aggiungete i pomodorini. Salate, aggiungete un mestolo di acqua e lasciate cuocere a fiamma moderata.
Poco prima di scolare la pasta, aggiungete il gorgonzola ( potete sostituirlo anche con Philadelphia) e fatelo sciogliere.
Scolate la pasta, mantecate e prima di servire, aggiungete qualche foglia di basilico fresco.
