2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Butter Or Margarine,softened
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Grated Lemon Peel
1 Egg
1 Tbl Lemon Juice
In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl cream butter, sugar and peel until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and lemon juice until well mixed (mixture may appear curdled). Stir in flour mixture until blended. Shape sough in two 2-inch diameter rolls. Wrap tight; chill 4 hours or until firm. With sharp, thin knife, using sawing motion, slice 3/16 inch thick. Add optional decorations. Place slices 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 365 degree oven 8-10 minutes or until golden on bottom. Remove to rack to cool. HOLIDAY DECORATION: To make tree stencil, fold 3-inch square heavy-gauge paper in half. Using fold as center, cut out a design that does not exceed 2x2 inches. Place pattern on cookie; sprinkle cut out with colored sugar. Place cinnamon candy on top/

You can blend whole lemons into lemonade in just seconds. Cut up your whole lemons into about eight pieces and remove the seeds. That makes it quicker and easier to blend. Pop your lemons into the blender with some water and a sweetener of your choice. I like agave or honey. Then you blend on high for about one minute and you get this beautiful, creamy, frothy, velvety texture that's gorgeous. If you want to jazz it up a bit you can add some fresh ginger juice, some mint, some berries. Either way, this is the quickest, easiest lemonade you have ever tasted.

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe
