How To make Lavosh
1 pk Yeast, active, dry 1/4 oz
1 1/2 ts Sugar
1 c Water, warm 115 F
2 tb Water, warm 115 F
3 c Flour, all-purpose
2 oz Butter, melted (1/2 stick)
1 tb Seeds, sesame, white, OR
Onions, chopped Seeds, poppy
Pour the yeast into a clean, small, shallow bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of the sugar and 1/4 cup of the warm water. Let the mixture stand for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir to dissolve the yeast completely. Place the bowl in a warm, draft-free place for 5 to 10 minutes or until the mixture looks foamy and has almost doubled in volume. Measure your flour into a mixing bowl, and make a well in the center of the flour. Pour the yeast mixture into this center depression, and then add the remaining water, sugar, and melted butter to the yeast. Mix the ingredients well with a spoon until a soft, spongy dough is formed. Cover the bowl loosely with a warm, damp cloth, and return it to the warm, draft-free spot until the dough again doubles in volume, about 45 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350 F. When the dough has risen, place it on a lightly floured surface and divide it into six equal parts. With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll each part into a flat round about 1/4 inch thick. Place 2 or 3 rounds on each of two or three cookie sheets. Rub the surface of the rounds lightly with cool water, and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, or other topping. The water will basically help the toppings to adhere to the rounds when baked. Bake the rounds in the oven on the bottom rack for about 20 minutes or until the breads are a pale golden brown. (Bake breads in "shifts" if oven size does not allow entire recipe to be baked at once.) With a spatula, transfer the breads to a wire rack to cool. Breads will keep several days if stored in a dry, air-tight place. Tandoori Bread Recipe Traditional and Local Big Lavash Healthy Wholemeal Whole Wheat
making local tandoori bread, bread recipe, how to make large lavash breads, healthy bread types made with whole wheat flour and whole wheat flour,
You can watch tandoori lavash breads made with wholemeal and white flour.
Bran mixed brown whole wheat flour and white whole wheat flour are used
special wheat flour used for making lavash
sifted white flour is added to the dough kneading machine
there is a total of 50 kilograms of flour here, and 1,250 grams of salt is added
An average of 30 liters of cold water and a small amount of fresh yeast are added.
The dough will have a smooth consistency, it is mixed in the kneading machine for about 10 minutes.
Checking the consistency of the dough
This dough is a little darker and you can tell it's made with wholemeal wheat flour, so here there are two different dough types
After waiting for 15 minutes, the dough is added to this cutting and rolling machine.
180 grams of dough pieces are cut and take a round shape by following the path around the machine.
dough balls are added intermittently into plastic crates and left to ferment
After a few hours, the doughs were fermented as desired,
bran and brown wheat flour are used in the dough shaping process
this bread was made by hand, as in the photo you see at the beginning of the video, over time, the machines made this work easier and made it possible to make larger lavash breads.
The dough, which is stretched and expanded a little more by turning it in the air, is placed in a pillow-like mold
Bread added to the baking machine comes out from the other side as cooked within 15 seconds.
For those who are curious about the mechanism of the machine, I can show you a little inside, you can be sure that it is very hot.
I believe it is a very healthy bread, the yeast rate is very low and a special flour is used, the recipe has not changed at all, we can only say that the machines have made things a little easier.
less toasted bread is prepared according to demand, I think these will be sent to restaurants to be used in the production of wraps.
Bread orders are ready
Sold in small packs or in larger quantities upon request
you can get less fried tandoori lavash and make pita at home by adding mince to it, or make a wrap or I think it would be great with butter for breakfast #lavash #bread #lavashbread

Lavash is always a great choice ???? #recipe posted in #description
There’re so many variations of lavash.
But trust me this one is the best recipe I’ve tried.
Can be baked in home oven or in your outdoor pizza oven.
For 4 lavashes ( 9 inch each)
650g flour ( bread flour with protein 13% or more)
455g water
30g sugar
40g oil without flavor
13g salt
5g dry instant yeast
Mix all ingredients together except oil, knead for about 10 min until dough will come up together, add oil, knead for 5 more min until dough will become elastic.
Let proof for 1-2 hours until dough will get puffy.
Divide in 4 equal parts, round them, let rest 15 min.
Preheat oven to 550F ( or outdoor oven until stone will reach temp 500-600F)
Stretch the dough into a circle and make the hole in the middle with your finger.
Bake for about 10-12 min in the oven or 2-4 min in outdoor oven.
When baker, cover the lavash and let them rest for 10-15 min until they become soft.
Enjoy????
