How to make KNOCK YOU N.A.KED BROWNIES
Hello everyone here is a pretty simple recipe on how to make Knock you naked brownies. This was the first time I made them and they turned out pretty good. I think I probably could’ve cooked them a little longer than I did and I also feel like the recipe had too much caramel sauce in it so you might wanna adjust that because I have to tell you these were super super rich like one bite and that’s all you needed and you were getting heart palpitations.

Knock You Naked Brownies - Review from The Pioneer Woman
Ingredients:
* 1 Stick butter, Melted, plus more for greasing
* Flour for dusting
* 1/3 cup plus 1/2 cup evaporated milk
*1 - 18.5 (use the 15.25 oz) Duncan Hines box German Chocolate cake mix
* 1 cup finely chopped pecan
*60 caramels, unwrapped
* 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate cips
* 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour a 9x9 baking pan.
2. Begin by pouring 1/3 cup evaporated milk into a bowl with the cake mix. Add the melted butter and chopped pecans. Mix the ingredients together; it'll be pretty thick!
3. Divide the dough (2lb 1.7oz in one bowl, and 2lb 1.6 oz in another bowl). Press half of it into the bottom of the prepared pan to make the first layer. Bake until slightly set, approx. 8-10 mins. Then remove from the oven and set aside.
4. While the brownie layer is baking, in a double boiler (or glass bowl set over a pot of simmering water) combine the caramels and the remaining 1/2 cup of evaporated milk. Stir occasionally until the caramels are totally melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour the caramel mixture over the first baked layer, spreading it so its evenly distributed. Sprinkle the chocolate chips all over the top.
5. Next, on a clean surface or a sheet of wax paper, press the remaining dough into a square shape slightly smaller than the baking pan. Carefully set it on top of the chocolate chips. Bake for 20-25 mins. Remove the pan from the oven and let the brownies cool to room temp. Cover the pan and refrigerate the brownies for several hours to allow them to set.
6. When your ready to serve them (or give them to someone you love!) Sprinkle generously with the powdered sugar and cut them into large rectangles before removing from the pan.
7. Enjoy1
Knock Ya Naked Brownies (Gooey Chocolate Caramel Brownies Recipe)
I had no idea, all along while I was making and enjoying these AMAZING brownies, that they harbored a secret past. They had a secret life that I knew nothing about. They have always been “Those Gooey Brownies” to me. Little did I know that Ole Gooey here was leading a double life under another name. Going around town, tempting people with it’s hidden secret. The other name? Knock Ya Naked Brownies. Say What? For shame!

Ingredients
FOR THE CAKE:1 box chocolate cake mix like Devil's Food1 cup evaporated milk1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chipsFOR THE CARAMEL FILLING:1 11 oz bag caramels unwrapped1/3 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Spray 9 x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, 1 cup evaporated milk and ½ cup melted butter.
Mix until combined (batter will be thick).
Spread HALF of the batter into the baking pan (we'll use that other half later).
Put baking dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
While it is baking, start making your caramel filling.
In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, combine caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Stir frequently until caramel is melted and smooth.
When brownie bottom is finished baking (it will only be partially baked), take out of oven and sprinkle with 2 cups chocolate chips.
Then drizzle with prepared caramel sauce.
Take the rest of the cake batter and drop by the teaspoonfuls onto caramel layer.
Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes (until the center is set).
Recipe Notes
No need to be neat about spreading it out. If you want you can take your spoon or your finger and gently cover any big gaps in the topping but most of it will spread while baking.
