How To make Kahlua Creamy Fudge
-Linda Gross-HXVH61A 1 1/3 c Granulated sugar
1 7oz. jar marshmallow creme
2/3 c Evaporated milk
1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Kahlua
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Semi-sweet choc. pieces
1 c Milk chocolate pieces
2/3 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Vanilla
Line 8" sq. baking pan with foil. In 2 qt. saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow creme, milk, butter, Kahlua and salt. Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly for 5 min. Remove from heat; add all chocolate. Stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Turn into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. To serve, cut in squares. Makes about 2 3/4 lbs. Pamphlet

Kahlua Fudge Brownies

Recipe :
1 1⁄2 cups flour (sifted)
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
2⁄3 cup butter
3 ounces squares unsweetened baking chocolate
3 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1⁄4 cup tbsps Kahlua
1 tablespoon Kahlua
Grease a 9 square pan.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat.
Beat eggs and sugar until light.
Add flour mixture, chocolate mixture and 1/4 cup Kahlua. Blend well.
Bake 30 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan.
Brush with remaining Kahlua.

4 DIY LIQUEURS
CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR
4 oz. (120 ml) Rum
50g Dark Chocolate (70%)
75g Powdered Sugar
3 1/2 oz. (105ml) Cream
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
PREPARATION
1. In a pan, mix together cream, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Heat over low.
2. Slowly add the dark chocolate and stir gently until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Add rum to mix and stir until smooth. Pour mix into bottle and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy responsibly!
NUTELLA CREME LIQUEUR
8 oz. (240ml) Vodka
6 oz. (180ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Nutella (Room Temperature)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
PREPARATION
1. In a saucepan whisk together nutella, sugar and vanilla. Cook over medium heat slowly adding whipping cream. Gently combine until smooth and creamy.
2. Continue to heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Whisk in vodka, pour mix into bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy responsibly!
IRISH CREAM
6 oz. (180ml) Irish Whiskey
4 oz. (120ml) Cream
7 oz. (210ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Instant Coffee
PREPARATION
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until just combined.
2. Strain mix if needed.
3. Pour mix into bottle, seal and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy responsibly!
COFFEE LIQUEUR
6 oz. (180ml) Vodka
1/4 Cup Instant Coffee
8 oz. (240ml) Boiling Water
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
PREPARATION
1. Place coffee and water into a large bowl and stir. Add sugars and stir again until cooled slightly.
2. Add vodka and vanilla and stir again. Cover and allow to sit at room temperature for two weeks. Stir every now and then.
3. Strain mix into bottle and refrigerate. Enjoy responsibly!

Creamy Kahlua Fudge
What is it?
It's smooth, it's creamy, and it's delightfully heavy on the tongue. It's everything good fudge should be.
What's in it?
1⁄4 cup butter
2 1/3 cups sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1⁄2 cup chopped nuts
7 oz. jar marshmallow
1/3 cup. Kahlua liqueur
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups semi-sweet chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
How do I make it?
Combine marshmallow cream, sugar, butter, kahlúa, milk and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly, then remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips until melted and add nuts. Pour into 8 square pan lined with foil. Refrigerate until hard, then cut into squares.

INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. Kahlua
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate espresso beans, crushed, divided
DIRECTIONS
1. Line an 8” by 8” pan with parchment paper and grease with nonstick cooking spray. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on medium power for 1 minute intervals, stirring after each minute.
2. When mixture is smooth and no lumps remain, stir in Kahlua, vanilla, salt and half the crushed espresso beans. Pour into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with more crushed espresso beans.
3. Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until fudge is set.
