-Nancy Speicher DPXX20A 8 1-oz sqs semisweet chocolate
-chopped coarse 8 1-oz sqs unsweetened choc.
-chopped coarse 7 1/2 oz Jar marshmallow cream
2 c Pecans; coarsely chopped
13 oz Evaporated milk
4 c Sugar
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Vanilla
Pecan halves (optional) Place chocolate, marshmallow cream and pecan in large bowl; set aside. In large heavy saucepan combine milk, sugar, butter and salt. Bring to boil, stirring; boil slowly 9 minutes. Pour at once over chocolate mixture; add vanilla. With wooden spoon stir vigorously until chocolate is melted and mixture creamy. Pour into buttered 15x10x1" pan or large tray lined with waxed paper. Smooth top.
Garnish with pecan halves. Chill until firm. Cut into 1" squares. Per square without pecan garnish: 57 cal, 1 g pro, 8 g car, 3 g fat, 1 mg chol with butter, 0 mg chol with margarine.

Recipe:
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 ounces of white chocolate chips ( or any flavor you choose)
1 - 7 ounce jar of marshmallow crème
1 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1 tsp. vanilla
Line a 9x9 inch pan with tin foil, set aside.
In a 3 qt. saucepan over medium heat bring sugar, butter, and milk to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture reaches 234 degrees on candy thermometer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add chocolate and marshmallow creme, stir until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into prepared pan, spread evenly. Cool completely. Lift out of pan with ends of tin foil. Cut into squares.

• 1 (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Microwave in 30 second increments until melted, stirring in between.
4️⃣ Pour into the prepared pan and spread out with a rubber spatula.
5️⃣ Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut into small pieces for serving. Store in the fridge.

???? Nut Fudges????: stir in 1/2 cup roughly chopped nuts (pecan, walnut, or almond). Consider replacing all or part of the vanilla extract with the corresponding nut extract.

???? Marbled Fudge????: make half of the recipe with white chocolate chips and the other half with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spoon each into prepared pan to dot the bottom then use a butter knife or toothpick to swirl together.
???? Mint Chocolate Fudge????: replace vanilla extract with 1 teaspoon peppermint extract.

Butter Pecan Fudge - Easy to Make and Tom’s Favorite Fudge! Twelve Days of Christmas - Day #12
Butter Pecan Fudge
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup pecan pieces
Prepare an 8 inch square dish with foil before you begin making the fudge.
In a large, heavy saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar, cream, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat; stir in the vanilla. Stir in the confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Fold in the pecans. You won't have long to get these stirred together and into the dish as it will start to set up quickly.
Spread into the 8 inch square dish you've already lined with foil. Score the candy to make cutting after it is cooled easier. Cool to room temperature.

1 12oz Bag of Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Pinch of Salt
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup of Chopped Pecans
