1/2 pound Dried jujubes 2 tablespoons Ginseng powder 1/2 pound Glutinous rice flour Knead the jujube with the glutinous rice flour, add Ginseng. Make dough into any form of large biscuit, place in biscuit molds. Steam cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Cakes should be very soft but keep their shape. For the cake, the ingredients are: (Mould size: 22cm*22cm, or 8.7 * 8.7)
- 75g (5 tbsp) dark brown sugar - 25g (1 1/5 tbsp) honey - 4 eggs - 160g (~1/2 cup) jujube paste (recipe available on my channel) - 120g (1 cup) cake flour - 2g (1/2 tsp) baking soda - 50g (3 2/3 tbsp) corn oil - 100g (~2/3 cup) roughly chopped walnuts
