How To Make Fluffy and Soft Muffins | One Muffin Batter with Many Flavours | Sundae Bakes

Muffin, so easy to make and if you are creative you can make variations with this simple plain muffin recipe. These are the ingredients that are currently available in my pantry. You can use any that you already have!

Ingredients
All Purpose Flour 300 grams
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 170 grams
Eggs 2
Plain Yogurt 160 grams
Unsalted Butter 40 grams
Milk 80 grams
Oil 90 grams
Bake first in 210C pre-heated oven for 5 mins and then lower down the temperature to 170C bake for 15-20 mins.
Chocolate — cocoa powder, couverture chocolate chunks
Oreo — oreo cookies
Matcha — matcha powder, white chocolate chips, sweet cream cheese
Blueberry — fresh blueberries and almond
Strawberry — strawberry jam, sweet cream cheese, strawberry biscuits, sweet cream cheese
Carrot — grated carrot, walnut, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, sweet cream cheese

Delicious jam-filled muffins recipe you’ll want to make again and again
These jam filled muffins are especially good to surprise people:). They look just like your typical muffins from the outside, but once you bite into these already delicious muffins, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find the jam filling inside. This is such an easy muffins recipe that you can whip up on the go. They are moist, buttery and soft, the buttermilk makes them extra fluffy and adds the right amount of moisture and a yummy flavour. You'll enjoy these buttermilk muffins filled with jam at breakfast or brunch with a cup of tea or coffee. They make excellent breakfast muffins and you can fill them with any jam you like. In this video, we used our homemade pumpkin jam which is a staple in our kitchen pantry, and we love the taste of our homegrown pumpkins. The muffin dough recipe is super easy and versatile, it can surely become your basic go-to recipe. Definitely, it is one of our easy muffin recipes for beginners. This is a great video to show you how to bake muffins from scratch too:). And scooping jam into the dough and preparing that delightful surprise makes baking these muffins extra fun!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
4/5 cup (180 g) sugar
4/5 cup (200 ml) kefir (or buttermilk)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 g / 0.11 lbs melted butter
1 1/2 cups (220 g) all-purpose flour
Jam
We baked 12 muffins from these ingredients
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Note that baking time may vary depending on the oven being used.
Tips:
If you’re using a silicone muffin pan, remove the muffins from the muffin pan after they completely cool off

PEANUT BUTTER and JAM Muffins Recipe | ASMR Cooking
In this video, I'm going to show you how to make these delicious Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins. I know the peanut butter and jam combo is one of the most loved, so why not try it in a muffin? The Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins are so easy to make and you will be able to enjoy them in the morning, at breakfast next to your cup of coffee or tea!
Ingredients:
butter (room temperature) 150g.
sugar 150g.
2 eggs (medium size)
a pinch of salt
flour 250g.
baking powder 2 teaspoons
milk 4 tablespoons
jam (I have used strawberry jam) 50g.
peanut butter 50g.
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the butter with sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and mix. Then add a pinch of salt.
2. Sift the flour and add only a bit at a time, then combine. Continue adding the flour, then add the baking powder and combine all.
3. In the end, add the milk and combine.
4. Add a bit of the mixture in the muffin tray, then half a teaspoon of the strawberry jam and peanut butter for each muffin. Cover with the rest of the muffin mixture.
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
6. Store your peanut butter and jam muffins in a food storage box with a lid for up to 3 days.
