The perfect MARINARA SAUCE, easy recipe! #shorts
Today I’m showing you how to make the perfect MARINARA SAUCE! You can use to make some pasta, as a dip or to make some delicious bruschettas! #shorts
Ingredients (serves 4):
-800g peeled plum tomatoes (2 cans)
-1 onion
-1 small fresh chilli
-1 garlic clove
-half a glass of white wine
-a pinch of salt
-half a teaspoon of sugar
-a small bunch of fresh parsley
-extra virgin olive oil
Finely chop your onion and chilly.
Heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat, add your onion and chilli and squeeze a garlic clove in (you can chop it instead).
Add your white wine and let the alcohol evaporate for about 3/4 minutes.
Add your tomatoes in, a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of sugar (it will take out the acidity of the tomatoes).
Cover with a lid and cook very slowly for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
You can use your Marinara sauce to make some pasta, as a dip or as a condiment for a super sexy bruschetta!
Buon appetito!

Classic Italian tomato sauce recipe - How to make a classic Italian tomato sauce
Your home will smell like Sunday dinner with this classic and true Italian tomato sauce recipe. This is my family recipe brought with us from Italy and passed down through our generations. The key is to use passata, which is pure tomato puree. This sauce is perfect for any pasta or pizza and even stands out on its own with its rich aromatics and flavor. This is, hands down, my go-to sauce recipe for all occasions.
Get ready to see how I make my version, of the Classic Italian tomato sauce. I will be using some simple, key ingredients - including one ingredient, that really makes a huge difference in the flavor of your sauce. Comes out delicious each and every time. Looking forward to sharing it with you :)
Ingredients for your tomato sauce:
► Generous amount of olive oil – enough to easily coat the bottom of your sauce pot (if you think you have enough, add a touch more ????)
► 1 – 2 cloves of garlic, minced
► Meatballs (use 4 - 6 or more, depending on batch size otherwise, 2/person is always nice)
► 1 piece of lamb stew bone (or any lamb)
► Tomato puree or Passata
► Salt and Italian seasoning or oregano (all to taste)
► 1 bay leaf
► 1 onion cut in half, or in quarters
► 1 red pepper, cut into 4 wedges
► Optional: 4 – 6 mushrooms
► Optional: 2 – 4 sun-dried tomatoes
Cooking directions:
► Add olive oil and garlic to your sauce pot – cook garlic for 1 to 2 minutes on med heat.
► Add meatballs and lamb, and just brown the outsides. Now add your Passata and all the other ingredients. Stir.
► Bring to a boil, and then simmer on low for 2 - 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Lid off for a thicker sauce.
► Add to your favorite pasta and enjoy ????
