How To make Italian Pasta N' Cheese
Dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Salad: 2 cups rotini pasta
uncooked
1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli cuts :
thawed
8 ounces fat-free mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup onions :
chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers -- chopped
To prepare dressing, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, basil, oregano, and black pepper in a tight-fitting jar with lid. Shake well and set aside. Cook rotini according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain. To prepare salad, combine rotini, broccoli cuts, cheese, onions, and bell peppers in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Gently stir dressing into salad. Cover and refrigerate two hours.

Serves - 3 to 4
Ingredients -
500g (1.1lbs) - Pasta of your choice (I used shells)
1 Tbsp (14g) - Unsalted Butter
1 tsp (5ml) - Olive Oil
6 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/3 Cup (80ml) - Chicken or Vegetable Stock
400ml (13.5floz) - Thickened Cream (Heavy Cream, Whipping Cream)
120g (4.2oz) - Baby Spinach, Washed
60g (2.1oz) - Grana Padano Cheese, Freshly Grated
5g (0.2oz) - Flat Leaf Parsley or Basil, Roughly Chopped

To Make White Sauce Macaroni
Macaroni - 1 1/2 Cups
Salt - 1 Tsp
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 No.chopped
Garlic - 5 Cloves Chopped
Capsicum
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 Tsp
To Make White Sauce
Butter - 1 1/2 Tbsp
All Purpose Flour - 2 Tbsp
Milk - 1 1/2 Cups
Salt - 11/4 Tsp
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tsp
Mixed Herbs - 1/2 Tsp
Cheese - 2 Slices
Method
For Cooking the Macaroni
1. Pour water in a saucepan.
2. Add macaroni shells and salt to it.
3. Cook the macaroni completely, strain and keep it aside.
4. To a wide pan, add butter, oil, onion and garlic. Saute for 1 minute.
5. After the onions turn transparent, add red , green and yellow bell peppers.
6. Mix everything and add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning and give it a quick mix again.
7. To this add cooked macaroni, stir well, turn off the stove and keep aside.
For Making the White Sauce
1. To a wide saucepan, add butter and all purpose flour. Combine it well.
2. Pour milk to this mixture and mix it with a whisk to make sure no lumps are formed.
3. Keep the flame on medium low to slow cook the sauce.
4. Now add salt, pepper powder, chili flakes, mixed herbs, mix well and let it cook.
5. Next add cheese slices and let it melt fully.
6. Check for seasoning and add if anything is required.
7. Once the cheese mixture becomes a bit thick and creamy, add the cooked macaroni to it and mix everything well.
8. Garnish with some chili flakes and freshly grated cheese.
9. Creamy & cheesy White sauce macaroni is ready to be served!

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
3 Tbsp tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
12 oz pasta (I used rigatoni)
1/3 cup pasta water
Basil & parm for garnish
Cook your pasta in salt in water to package directions (save some pasta water). In a pan over medium heat, add butter, onion and garlic. Cook until softened around 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook until lightly caramelized. Add your cream, then season with salt and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese, pasta water and your cooked pasta. Mix well. Serve with basil or fresh Parm.
