6 oz Lentils; cooked 6 oz Brown rice; cooked 6 oz Celery; chopped 6 oz Cauliflower flowerets; in -bite-size pieces 3 tb Sunflower oil 1 ts Thyme 1/2 ts Salt Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In today’s video I will be showing you my favouritte fritters EVER! You can cook them in the oven and also fry them, totally up to you. And also, I will be sharing with you my version of the A Thousand Islands sauce. It is great for dipping fritters, chips, can be used in sandwiches, burritos, anything you can think of.
Red Lentil Fritters Ingredients: 260gr soaked red lentils (soaked for 4hours) 3 cm piece of ginger 4 garlic cloves ???? 1 bunch of fresh dill???? 1 bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley???? 35gr bread crumbs (replace with sunflower seeds as gluten free option) 1 tsp paprika ½ ts cumin ½ tsp garam masala 1tsp black pepper ½ tsp dried jalapenos ????️ Juice from 1 lemon???? ½ tsp baking soda 1 potato 1 white onion???? 1 carrot???? 80gr canned corn ???? 1 tbsp olive oil
+ oil for frying if decide to cook it that way or you can cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C.
