How To make Impossible Pizza Pie
Servings: 6 2/3 c Onion; chopped
1/3 c Parmesan; grated
1 1/2 c Milk
3 Eggs
3/4 c Bisquick
1 c Prepared pizza sauce
1/4 c Parmesan; grated
3 1/2 oz Pepperoni; sliced
1/3 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Green pepper; chopped
1 1/2 c Mozzarella; shredded
Heat oven to 425. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2" Sprinkle 2/3 c. onion and 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs and bisquick 15 sec.
in blender on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake 20 min. Spread pizza sauce over top. Top with remaining ingred. Bake 15-20 min. or til cheese is light brown. Cool 5 min. For 1/2 recipe: Use 1 qt. square or round casserole. Decrease Parmesan cheese to 2 tb., eggs to 2 and baking mix to 1/2 c. Divide remaining ingred. amts in half. Decrease beat time to 10 sec. and second baking time to 10-15 min. HIGH ALT>For 1/2 recipe: use
1 1/2 qt round or 1 qt. square casserole.

Imagine a pie that creates it's own crust as you bake it, no pastry lined before baking....that is the 'impossible pie' theory! These pies have been popular for Years mainly as a dessert, you make more of a batter and pour it over your filling to create the crust after baking! It holds the ingredients together in the centre and forms a small crust underneath too! Thanks to everyone that sent me links to try this recipe - this cheeseburger pie was truly epic!

* 2/3 cup Bisquick
* 1 cup milk
* 1 lb lean ground beef
* Mushrooms slices to taste
* 14 oz pizza sauce
* 1/2 green pepper, sliced
* 1/2 Vidalia onion sliced
* 16 oz cooked sausage
* 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
* 4 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
* 1 tsp dried oregano
* 1 tsp dried basil
* 5 pieces Canadian bacon
* 18 pieces Pepperoni
* 9 slices jalapeno (or to taste)

CRAZY CRUST PIZZA Recipe ~ NO DOUGH Pizza Crust
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
*Mix all ingredients together.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit.
Pour batter onto a 15 x 10 well greased baking pan or pizza pan.
Top with meat of choice.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove and top with:
seasonings
sauce
vegetables
cheese
more meat
Bake for additional 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy!
