How To make Ice Cream Pie w/Butterscotch
1 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c Walnuts; finely chopped
1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted
1 pt Coffee ice cream; softened
1 pt Vanilla ice cream; softened
Butterscotch sauce Butterscotch sauce: 3 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/2 c Half-and-half
1 c Walnuts; chopped/toasted
1 ts Vanilla extract
Recipe by: Southern Living
Combine graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, and butter, mixing well; press firmly into a buttered 9-inch pieplate. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes; cool. Spoon coffee ice cream into cooled crust, and spread evenly; freeze until almost firm. Spread vanilla ice cream over coffee layer and freeze until firm. To serve, slice and top with warm BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add brown sugar, and cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and gradually stir in half-and-half. Cook 1 minute, and remove from heat. Stir -----

BETH'S BUTTERSCOTCH BLONDIE RECIPE
Makes 9 Blondie Sqaures
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (240 g) butter
½ cup (100 g) white sugar
3/4 cup (135 g) brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
1 3/4 (210 g) cups flour
½ tsp (2.5 ml) baking soda
1 tsp (5 ml)salt
½ cup (75 g) walnuts
1/4 cup (40 g) butterscotch chips
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350F (176C).
Cream together the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, scraping down the bowl between additions. Add vanilla. Beat to combine.
In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture, in thirds, beating between each addition and scrapping down the bowl as needed.
Add butterscotch chips and walnuts and beat down the bowl as needed.
Transfer to a 9 x9 pan that has either been sprayed with baking spray, or lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown and set.
Allow to cool and then cut into 9 squares.

2. Condensed Milk: 1 can or 14 oz
3. Vanilla Extract: 1 tbsp
4. Freezer proof plastic containers: 3 nos
--- For the flavorings:
-Vanilla with Caramel sauce & Choc Chip Ice Cream:
1. Sugar: 2 oz
2. Water: 2 oz
3: Heavy cream: 2 oz
4. Choc Chips: 2 oz or as desired
-Butterscotch Ice Cream:
1. Sugar: 2 oz
2. Roasted Cashews: 2 oz OR any other roasted nuts
3. Butterscotch extract: few drops, Optional
-Strawberry Ice Cream:
1. Strawberries, fresh: 6-8 pcs
