Guacamole Hummus Recipe | Sunwarrior

2 avocados
2 tomatoes (1 large), chopped
Half white onion, chopped
1 can chickpeas
Juice from 1-2 limes
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
The world is filled with amazing dips. Two of the best are hummus and guacamole, so we naturally thought maybe they could be combined into one dip to rule them all, but not in a dark wizardy way. There’s nothing evil about this guacamole hummus, except how fast it will disappear.
Start with a ripe avocado. Slice it open and remove the seed (seeds never work well in the final dip). Scoop the soft, buttery avocado into a bowl and discard the skins (skins also don’t belong in this goodness). Dice two tomatoes to join the avocado in the bowl. We’re using roma, which hold up well to dicing, but you can choose your favorite tomato varieties. Yellow pear tomatoes, black krim, brandywine, amana orange, or whatever you have will do nicely, too. Dice half an onion. It joins the rest. Mash and stir away.
Now for the hummus part, you’ll mash up a can of organic chickpeas. Add that to the guac and smoosh them together. Season your guacahummus deliciousness with fresh lime juice, salt, and pepper. You can up the spice level with some hot sauce or cayenne powder right about now, too. Garlic is also a nice touch.
Spoon your hybrid creation into a bowl next to chips or veggies and dip into the thick, tasty dip of your dreams. Enjoy. That is all.

Creamy Avocado Hummus
Avocado hummus is the best version of hummus! It's so rich, super creamy, and absolutely delicious! Think hummus meets guacamole, I can't think of a combination that's better. A perfect snack to go with chips, crackers, veggie sticks, or even to be used as a spread to make delicious sandwiches.

Avocado Hummus! Guacamole+Hummus=Avocado Hummus!
I love this avocado hummus! Its perfect combination of flavors and texture. Very creamy and delicious!
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
½ cup Tahini paste
1 jalapeno pepper (chopped)
½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 ( 14oz) garbanzo beans(washed and drained)
1 tbsp water
2-3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp avocado oil
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
Scoop flesh out.
Seed and roughly chop jalapeno pepper.
Squeeze juice from 1 lemon.
In a bowl of food processor add: garbanzo beans. Pulse it couple times , add water.(if needed)
Add lemon juice, Tahini paste,avocado oil,garlic, jalapeno peppers, avocados, salt and pepper and chopped cilantro.
Blend to a smooth paste.
Adjust seasoning and enjoy!
