2 Tbsps Kikkoman less sodium soy sauce
1 cup chopped green onions
Marinate:
Chicken Gizzard:

Chicken Hearts:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chicken powder (Lee Kum Kee)
You can substitute chicken gizzard and hearts with any type of meat. Use chicken breast, beef, pork, shrimp, or tofu. Customize the noodle dish with ingredients your family loves but make sure to keep the exact seasoning measurement.

EASY VEGAN TAIWANESE STIR FRIED RICE NOODLES (Chow Mei Fun) | Gluten Free One Pan Dinner
Who doesn't love a big comforting bowl of noodles! I grew up eating Taiwanese stir fried rice noodles and it’s one of the easiest, quickest, one pan dinners there is. All you need are a few simple ingredients! The version I’m showing you here is vegan and gluten free but feel free to add in any meat or seafood that you like.
Ingredients (Recipe yields 4 generous servings):
Half package of Hsin Chu rice noodles
16 oz package of extra firm tofu
Vegetable cooking oil (I use grapeseed oil)
1 onion
Quarter of 1 green cabbage
5 stalks celery
2 cups of shredded carrots
¼ cup coconut aminos
¼ cup toasted sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

The Easiest Fried Beehoon / Rice Noodle Recipe Ever 经济米粉 Singapore Chinese Vermicelli • Bihun
I would say this Economic Bee Hoon is the real Singapore Noodles. Contrary to popular belief of non Singapoerans, our stir fried rice noodles are fried without curry powder. This bihun is commonly available at most coffeeshops in Singapore. The stall owners will usually fry the beehoon as is and they offer a wide variety of sides for us to choose from. You can enjoy these noodles with fried luncheon meat, otar, fried egg or fishcake etc. Basically anything that you like. Hope you find this recipe easy. Happy cooking!
