How To make Hot Crab Fondue
1 Jar sharp cheese (5 oz.)
1 Cream cheese (8 oz. package)
1/4 c White dry wine
1 cn Crab, drained and flaked
8 1/2 oz. size
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
French bread, cut in cubes In top of double boiler, combine cheese until melted and smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. If thickens, add more wine. Should make about 2 1/2 cups.

1 lb large shrimp
8 oz crab meat (lump or claw)
10-12 oz fresh spinach
1 lemon
red pepper flakes
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups half and half
3 tbsps butter
1-2 tbsps flour
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp better than bouillon chicken base (optional)
1/2 diced yellow onion
fresh parsley
1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cajun seasoning (to taste)

KopyKat Pappadeaux Seafood Fondue Recipe
Your choice of medium shrimp, lump crab meat, crawfish tails, oysters, etc
1/2 cup chopped fresh Spinach
1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp carb substitute (carb quick)
1 cup chicken broth or shrimp stock
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
a pinch of cayenne pepper
blackening season
Harvarti cheese and parmigiano reggiano (I used shredded Monterey Jack cheese)
Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan; whisk in flour and chopped onion.
Cook over medium heat until onion is tender.
Slowly stir in stock and wine; whisk until smooth.
Add cayenne and salt; Simmer 10 minutes. Add cream;
Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Season shrimp, oysters (seafood of your choice) with blackened seasonings (available in most supermarkets).
Melt butter in hot saute pan, and saute shrimp and oysters, about 2 minutes per side.
Add spinach, mushrooms, crab and green onion.
Saute until mushrooms and spinach soften. Fold in sauce and bring to a simmer.
Pour into heatproof dish; top with grated cheese. Place under a broiler until cheese melts.
Use garlic bread as dippers.
