8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise

This screams Chesapeake Bay fare....a staple at most Chesapeake Bay area resturants. Very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
1 lb lump crab meat
1 cup mayo
8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Splash of Worchestershire Sauce
Splash of your favorite hot sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients
16 oz Blue Crab Crab Meat
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup of Colby Jack Cheese
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Butter
1/2 cup of Sour Cream
1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
1/2 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 of Green Bell Pepper
1/2 of Yellow Onion
1 Jalapeño
1/2 of Lemon
Fresh Parsley
2 tbsps of Louisiana Hot Sauce
Creole Seasoning
Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Instructions:
1.Dice 1/2 of yellow onion.
2.Dice 1/2 of green bell pepper.
3.Dice a Jalapeño.
4.Mince Fresh Parsley.
5.Cut a 1/2 of Lemon.
6.Shred 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Colby jack cheese.
7.In a skillet add 1 tbsp of butter.
8.Add yellow onion, green bell pepper, and jalapeño. Sauté for 5 minutes or until tender.
9.In a bowl, add 8 oz of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Mix well.
10.Season to taste with creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Mix Well.
11.Add 2 tbsps of Louisiana hot sauce.
12.Add the juice of a 1/2 of Lemon. Mix.
13.Add 2 tbsps of parsley.
14.Add sautéed veggies.
15.Add a 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Colby jack cheese and fold in.
16.Add 16 z of blue crab crab meat, break down, and fold in.
17.Add crab dip to a cast iron skillet.
18.Top with a mixture of each cheese and parsley.
19.Set oven to 425 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
20.Enjoy!

Easy Baked Crab Dip is the hot cheesy dip you need at every party. The perfect appetizer for holidays or tailgating. I use jumbo lump crab meat, but I think any crab meat you like would taste excellent.

Ingredients
▢8 ounce cream cheese, at room temperature
▢1/4 cup mayonnaise
▢1/4 cup sour cream
▢1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
▢1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
▢1/4 cup minced onion
▢1 garlic clove, minced
▢1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
▢1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce, or other hot sauce
▢1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
▢1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
▢1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
▢1 pound jumbo lump crab, picked over for shells
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth.
Stir in the pepper jack, cheddar, onion, garlic, worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Fold in the crab and transfer to a small baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Serve hot with crackers, crostini or vegetables.

I love anything crab. Add ooey gooey cheese to the crab and I’m a happy person. If I’m at a party and there’s crab dip, that’s where you’ll find me. This is my version of a hot crab dip and I’m sharing with you my secret ingredient that I add to it. I didn’t want to leave this out of the recipe and I know this secret ingredient isn’t readily available but that’s what makes this dip so special. If you can find it, add it! You won’t be disappointed. That secret ingredient is, Nduja. A spreadable pork sausage that adds a ton of flavour. Everything about this dip is amazing and everyone will be asking you about it, trust me. Just remember where to tell them to go to get it. Enjoy!

CRAB DIP WITH CREAM CHEESE, GRUYERE, CHEDDAR, PARMIGIANO-REGGIANO AND NDUJA.

Serves 4
Ingredients
250g cream cheese, softened
60g or ¼ cup sour cream
60g or ¼ cup mayonnaise
Juice of half a lemon
White wine, just a splash
1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped into a paste
1 tsp. smoked paprika
Salt, to taste
Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Chili flakes, to taste
1-2 tbsp. of Nduja, softened or lightly heated to mix in easily
5g or 2 tbsp. fresh chives, finely chopped, save some for garnish
150g 3 cheese blend (Gruyere, old cheddar, coarsely grated. Parmigiano-Reggiano, finely grated)
400g or 1lb crab meat, drained and broken up a bit
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl add everything except the crab meat and cheese. Mix everything until smooth and incorporated. Add the crab and some of the cheese (save some to put on top) and gently fold in to incorporate. Transfer to a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese has melted. Broil for a couple minutes if you want to brown the cheese and then garnish with some chives. Grab pita, crackers, bread or a big spoon. Enjoy!
