How To make Hot Crab Bake
6 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 c Milk
1 cn Crab meat (7 1/2 oz.),
-drained, flaked & -cartilage removed 2 ea Hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c Chopped pimiento
1/2 c Fine dry break crumbs
1/4 c Slivered almonds
In skillet, melt 4 tbs. butter; blend in flour. Add milk all at once; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in crab meat, chopped eggs, pimiento. 1 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Spoon mixture into 6 individual casserole dishes or baking shells. Melt remaining 2 tbs. butter, toss with bread crumbs to combine. Sprinkle crumbs atop crab mixture. Top with slivered almonds. Bake uncovered, at 350, for 20 to 25 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 block cream cheese, room temperature
1 green onion chopped
½ white onion chopped
½ cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
Juice of half lemon
1 tbsp minced garlic
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tbsps dry white wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups jumbo lump crab meat
Top with shredded cheese
350 degrees
20 - 25 minutes

1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
diced onion, bell pepper, celery
Old Bay & All Purpose Seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded parmesan
1 cup shredded colby jack
1/4 cup sherry wine
diced parsely
optionally - garnish with crab claw and additional crab meat in the center
Bake at 375 for 20-35 minutes or until browned, bubbly, and beautiful

Easy Baked Crab Dip is the hot cheesy dip you need at every party. The perfect appetizer for holidays or tailgating. I use jumbo lump crab meat, but I think any crab meat you like would taste excellent.

Ingredients
▢8 ounce cream cheese, at room temperature
▢1/4 cup mayonnaise
▢1/4 cup sour cream
▢1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
▢1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
▢1/4 cup minced onion
▢1 garlic clove, minced
▢1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
▢1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce, or other hot sauce
▢1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
▢1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
▢1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
▢1 pound jumbo lump crab, picked over for shells
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth.
Stir in the pepper jack, cheddar, onion, garlic, worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Fold in the crab and transfer to a small baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Serve hot with crackers, crostini or vegetables.
