How To make Holiday Tuna Tree

tuna, solid white canned
16
oz
cream cheese
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
1/4
cup
olives, finely chopped
1/2
cup
walnuts, finely chopped
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
dry mustard
1/8
teaspoon
pepper
1/2
teaspoon
thyme
Directions:
Spray a small Christmas tree mold (4 cups) with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and tuna. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Place in mold and refrigerate. Unmold onto a serving plate. Decorate with garlands of small parsley leaves, pieces of red and green pepper cut into stars, and a lemon wedge.

Trinidad Tuna Puffs | Taste of Trini
Ingredients:
For the Puffs or Pate a Choux:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of water
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup of butter
piping tube or bag
Tuna Filling/Salad:
2 cans of tuna
hot pepper, chopped finely
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 pimento peppers (capsicum chinense), chopped finely
2 leaves of bandhanya/shadon beni/culantro, chopped finely
1 stalk of scallion or chive
1 tbsp of chopped celery leaves
1/2 of a red onion, diced finely
salt and black pepper to taste
Egg wash- 1 egg + 1 tsp of water
Bake at 425 F for 10 mins, then at 350 F for 20-30 mins depending on the size of your puffs.
