The recipe for the oat flour gluten free cookie dough is as follows:
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
red cake sequins
green jimmies
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies, if you use a 1 1/4 inch size scoop.
Estimated run time: One hour, (Begins 3pm Pacific time, 6pm Eastern time); broadcast live from San Francisco, California, USA, November 15,, 2022.
