How To make Holiday Ice Cream Cake
8 oz Semisweet chocolate,
-coarsely chopped 3/4 c Whipping cream
2 tb Corn syrup
3 Containers (each 1 quart)
-ice cream 9 Candy bars (50g)
16 Chocolate sandwich cookies
-(oreo) 1/4 c Slivered almonds, toasted
Three shades of ice cream give a dramatic effect n a luscious and easy to make dessert that's great for kids of all ages. WE used chocolate,strawberry and vanilla, but why not choose your own favorite flavors? Add a variety of crispy, caramel, chocolate and peanut butter flavored candy bars. In top of double boiler over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate,cream and corn syrup, whicking until smooth; let cool. Let ice cream soften at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cover 10 inch cardboard circle with waxed paper and place in 11 inch springform pan. Chop candy bars and cookies. Spread 1 container of ice cream over bottom. Sprinkle with half of the candy bars and cookies. Drizzle with 1/2 cup of the sauce. Repeat layers. Spread third container of ice cream on top; drizzle with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with almonds. Freeze for at least 3 hours. (Cake can be removed from pan, wrapped well and frozen for up to one month.) Let soften in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. Makes 16-20 servings. 1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp coffee powder
100g brown/ white sugar
1 egg
80g milk (room temperature)
30g melted butter (or vegetable oil)
90g hot water
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar
*** Vanilla butter cream
350g room teperature butter
powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
70g heavy cream
food color: pink, green, blue, brown

The Easiest and Best Taste Vanilla Swiss Cake Roll Recipe! Melt in your mouth! Very soft and creamy
* Ingredients
60g (4.5 tbsp) Cooking oil
80g (1/3 cup) Milk
100g (3/4 cup) Cake flour
6 Eggs
1.25ml (1/4 tsp) Vanilla extract
2g Lemon juice
65g (5 tbsp) Sugar
100g Mascarpone cheese
18g (1.5 tbsp) Sugar
1.25ml (1/4 tsp) Vanilla extract
120g (1/2 cup) Heavy whipping cream
Cake pan size: 25x40cm
170°C (340°F) Bake for 35 minutes
Refrigerate for about 1 hour
* Important tips:
1. If you don't like vanilla extract, you can omit it.
2. The main reason for the skin to fall off is not baked through, the surface is too wet so the skin will fall off when rolled later. To avoid falling off, you can increase the baking time, or bake at high temperature for 10 more minutes. If your oven has a fan function, please use the fan function to bake, so the surface is easy to dry.
3. There are two reasons for the cracking: one is that the egg whites are too dry, and the second reason is that the baking temperature is too high. Therefore, when whipping the egg whites, try to whip them a little soft, wet foam, and the whisk is a big hook. Because this baking pan is relatively large, so the chance of cracking is very small, you can use a relatively high temperature to bake.
4. Do not wait for the roll to cool down before rolling, when the temperature of the cake roll is close to hand temperature you can do, it is easier to crack the roll after it cools down
5. If you don't have mascarpone cheese, you can use cream cheese instead!
6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour then to cut and enjoy!

Easy Oreo Ice Cream Cake Recipe:
- 3 Room temperature eggs
- 100 g (½ cup) Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 35 g (4 tbsp) Cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp Hot milk, for blooming the cocoa powder
- 60 g (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
For the Oreo Ice Cream:
- 500 g (2 cups) Cold heavy cream
- 300 g (12 oz) Cold sweetened condensed milk
- 20 Oreos
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
For decorating:
- Oreos ( add as much as you like)
- Chocolate Sauce,optional
