Wreath Doughnuts //Donas con relleno en forma de Guirnalda
Doughnut Batter:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp buttermilk
green food coloring
Frosting:
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
dash vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
red and green food coloring
Holiday sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, honey, egg and vanilla extract. Add the buttermilk and mix until combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined – make sure not to overmix. Dye the batter green with the food coloring.
Spoon the batter into a piping bag, then pipe the batter into a greased doughnut pan and bake at 400F for 7 minutes. Cool for 1 minute in the pan, then flip the pan over to remove the doughnuts and cool completely on a wire rack.
Beat the butter with an electric mixer at room temperature until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined. Add the confectioner’s sugar one cup at a time, then beat for 3 minutes, until fluffy. Dye ¼ cup of the frosting red and the remaining frosting green.
Place the red frosting into a piping bag fitted with a small, round piping tip. Place the green frosting into a piping bag fitted with a small, star-shaped piping tip.
Pipe the green frosting onto the doughnuts to look like pine needles and create a bow with the red frosting. Decorate with holiday sprinkles and enjoy!

Homemade Custard Donuts Recipe ( In the video you see me using 2 eggs because I doubled the recipe ) :
- 280 gr of All Purpose Flour ( 2 cups + 3 tbsp flour)
- 40 gr Sugar ( 3 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 120 gr Whole Milk ( 1/2 cup )
- 40 gr melted Butter ( 1/3 stick )
- 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet )
If you're making this dough by hand, because it's quite sticky here's the right tecnique for kneading this dough by hand:
NOTE: I used a 7 1/2 cm ( 3 inch ) cookie cutter and fried 3-4 donuts at a time. If you choose to make larger donuts use a bigger pan OR fry only 2 donuts at a time.
Vanilla Custard :
- 660 gr Whole Milk ( 2 2/3 cup )
- 3 WHISKED medium Eggs ( I like using whole eggs. The egg yolks add richness, while the egg whites add a beautiful glossy shine to your custard ) Whisk the eggs well before adding them to the milk mixture.
- 180 gr Sugar ( 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp )
- 5 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt

These glazed Christmas sprinkle donuts are gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and the perfect holiday breakfast or dessert!
Donuts: (makes 12)
•2 1/2 cups oat flour
•2/3 cup coconut sugar
•1 1/2 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp salt
•2 eggs (flax or regular eggs)
•1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
•1/2 cup water or club soda (club soda will make the donuts extra fluffy — I like Q Mixers premium club soda)
•1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
•1 tsp pure vanilla extract
•2/3 cup Christmas sprinkles of choice
Glaze:
•1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut butter
•1/4 cup + 2 tbsp warm water
•2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Add the oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt to a large bowl and mix well. Then add in the eggs, applesauce, water, oil, and vanilla extract and mix until the batter is smooth. Once mixed, gently fold in the sprinkles.
2. Divide the donut batter evenly between 12 greased donut molds then preheat the oven to 350°F. While the oven preheats, let the donut batter rest in the pans.
3. Once the oven is preheated, bake the donuts for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of one comes out clean. Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool completely in the donut pans.
4. Once the donuts are cooled, make the glaze: lightly heat the coconut butter on the stovetop or in the microwave until warm and runny then remove from the heat. Stir in the water and sweetener and mix until a smooth glaze forms.
5. Remove the donuts from the donut pans and coat each donut in the glaze. Place the donuts on a wire cooling rack until the glaze hardens. Once the glaze has hardened, dig in and enjoy!
6. Store leftovers in a sealed container on the counter for 2-3 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Fluffy Yeast Donut Recipe:
- 280 gr of All Purpose Flour ( 2 cups + 3 tbsp flour)
- 40 gr Sugar ( 3 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 120 gr Milk ( 1/2 cup ) ( Every flour absorbs liquids differently, so you may need an extra 2-3 tbsp of milk)
- 40 gr melted Butter ( 1/3 stick) I use butter as it gives the donuts better flavor, but you could also substitute the butter with 2 tbsp oil)
- 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet )
Banana Cream:
- 1 Large Banana
- 300 gr Very Cold Heavy Cream ( 1 cup + 1/4 cup )
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Vanilla ( optional )
**NOTE: Fill the donuts once cooled and JUST BEFORE serving!
Glaze for Donuts :
- 250 gr Powdered Sugar ( 2 cups)
- 75 gr Butter ( 2/3 Stick )
- 3-5 tbsp Warm Milk depending how thin you like your glaze
- 1 tsp Vanilla

Donut Recipe:
3/4 Cup of almond milk
1 packet or 2 and a 1/2 tsp of instant yeast
1/4 Cup plus 1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Vanilla extract
7 tbsp of softened betterine/margarine/earths balance
3 large eggs
4 and 1/4 Cup of all purpose flour
Latkes Recipe:
4 Idoho Potatoes
1 Onion
2-3 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Cookies Recipe:
4 Eggs
4.5 Cups of all purpose flour
3 Tsp of baking powder
1 cup of Oil
1/2 Tsp of Salt
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Sugar
Beat all the wet ingredients first and then add the dry.
Bake at 350F for 11 minutes
