How To make Holiday Appetizer Quiche
CRUST::
1 1/2 cups unsifted all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups finely crushed butter-type
crackers 2/3 cup butter flavor shortening
FILLING::
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 cup chopped ham cooked Or
2/3 cup sausage :
cooked & Crumbled
or 2/3 cup pepperoni :
diced OR
bacon cooked and crumbled 3/4 cup thinly sliced green onions and tops
1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
1 jar diced pimentos well drained (1/3
:
c.) 5 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup half and half
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees for crust, combine flour and cracker crumbs. Cut in butter flavor shortening until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Sprinkle wi th 1/2 cup water, a tablespoon at a time. Toss with fork until crumbs are compl etely moistened. Press mixture into bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. P rick crust with a fork. Sprinkle Swiss cheese, ham, onions, parsley, and pimien tos evenly over crust. Beat eggs, cream, half and half, salt, and pepper. Pour over filled crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut in 1 1/2 by 2 inch pieces. Serve warm. Makes 50 appetizers. NOTE: Crust may bubble during baking and need to be pricked with a fork again. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"

3 tbsp (45g) butter, melted
Filling
2.5 oz (70g), pancetta or bacon, diced
4 large eggs
3 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Mini Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
Red and yellow pepper
1 Diced tomatoe
1/4 spinach
3 eggs
1/4 milk
Salt and pepper
1.cut the spinach,red and yellow pepper into pieces.and also dice the 1 tomatoe.
2.Add into the bowl once done crack the 3 eggs into another bowl and mix.
3.Once the you have mixed the eggs add into the other bowl that has the peppers etc and mix everything.
4. Grease the pan and preheat the oven to 180.
5.Add the mixed Ingredients into the pan and put inside the pan.
6.It needs to be inside the oven for 15-25 or once it’s cooked.
