This filo mini quiches can make a great appetizer or snack that looks quite amazing. Made with filo sheets for a crispy shell with a flavorful egg and pancetta filling they will definitely won’t pass unnoticed.

1 package (270g) filo pastry sheets
3 tbsp (45g) butter, melted
Filling
2.5 oz (70g), pancetta or bacon, diced
4 large eggs
3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
1/3 cup (30g) Parmesan cheese, grated

The traditional recipe of the Quiche Lorraine - Easy to make, the real Quiche Lorraine is traditionally made of Bacon, Heavy Cream and Milk.
Thomas shares with you this simple and quick recipe so that you can easily impress friends and family!
For 6 guests:
1 Pâte Brisée (
(or other pie crust of your choice)
16 fl.oz. of Heavy Cream
1 lb of Thick-Cut Bacon
2 Full Eggs
and 2 Egg Yolks

DELICIOUS APPETIZER RECIPE: MINI QUICHE FILLED WITH BRIE & CRANBERRY SAUCE

Michael will show you how to prepare an easy and great appetizer / finger food.
To make 48 mini-quiches you will need:
4 eggs
1.5 cup (7 ounces) whipping cream
1 pound chopped leek
1/2 Brie Cheese (can be also Camembert cheese)
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1.5 cup shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Parmasean cheese
2 sheets or 1 pound of pie dough
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Mini muffin form
dough cutting ring
Please follow these easy steps:
step 1: mix liquidy ingredients (eggs and cream), add salt and pepper to taste
step 2: fry leek, add freshly grated nutmeg to fried mixture
step 3: butter mini-muffin form and cut our circles from dough and place in muffin form
step 4: cool muffin form for 10 minutes in fridge....meantime
step 5: mix all ingredients from step 1 and 2 and cheeses (except Brie).
step 6: fill muffin forms first with Brie cubes and 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce. Then top with mixture from step 5.
step 7: put in oven for 25 min, at 350°F
let them cool, serve at room temperature or cold.
