Green Pea Soup
Steps and quantities, in here ????
Put some water in a saucepan and add salt. Boil it.
Add the green peas and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
Put the peas in a blender.
Add the heavy cream, the vegetable stock, and sprinkle some salt.
Blend them together.
Pour the cream soup in a bowl and, if you want, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream on top.

Peas Soup Recipe
Ingredients list
1Cup Boiled Peas
1Cup Chopped Coriander leaves
4tsp Butter
2tsp Chopped Garlic
2 Chopped Green Chilly
1Chopped Onion
1tsp Black Pepper (as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
1Cup Warm Water
1tsp Oregano
1tsp Chilly Flakes
1tsp Amul Cream
Method of Preparation
Step 1. Take a pan on heat & add butter, chopped garlic, green chilly and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2. Then add chopped onion, black pepper powder, salt, and add boiled peas, warm water and mix well.
Step 3. Then cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 4. Then take a blender and add previous mixture. Step 5. Then add chopped coriander leaves and blend well and keep aside.
(Note: Grind the cooked mixture at room temperature)
Step 6. Then again take a pan on heat add butter and pour previous blended mixture.
Step 7. Now, add some spices for more flavour (black pepper powder, salt, oregano, chilli flakes)
and mix all the spices.
Step 8. Then add warm water or vegetable stew for adjust the constituency of soup.
Step 9. In end we add Amul Cream for creamy texture of soup.
Garnish with oregano & chilly flakes.
Winter special Pea Soup is ready to serve

Split pea soup / cooking videos
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion diced
2 carrots peeled and diced
2 stalks celery diced
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 bay leaves
4 cups vegetable stock
1 ½ cups dried green split peas
2-3 slices of bacon
2 cups frozen peas pureed
Heat a cast iron oven and add bacon ( vegetarian
option olive oil) and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Sauté carrot, celery and onion over medium heat until
softened
Add thyme and bay leaves and sauté for 2 minutes
Add vegetable stock, dried peas and stir well for 1 minute
Reduce heat to medium-low and allow soup to
simmer for 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally. Soup is
done when the peas have completely fallen apart.
Puree thawed frozen peas in a food processor or in a blender with a bit of water until they are still slightly chunky
Stir pea puree into soup, increase heat to medium-
high and heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. To
retain the beautiful colour of the soup, do not
overcook the soup.
