Prepare Waffles:
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 2
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cornflour 1/3 Cup
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 2
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
Prepare Butter Bombs:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 200g soften
-Fruits of your choice
-Sugar powdered
-Chocolate syrup
-Maple syrup hot as required
Directions:
Prepare Waffles:
-In a bowl,add cooking oil,milk,egg yolks,lemon juice,vanilla essence,caster sugar & whisk well.
-Place a sifter over the bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,baking soda,baking powder,salt & sift well then whisk until well combined.
-In another bowl,add egg whites,lemon juice & whisk well until egg whites are foamy (3-4 minutes).
-Add whipped egg whites in the mixture bowl & fold gently to combine.
-Preheat waffle maker & grease with cooking oil.
-Pour 1/3 Cup of prepared waffle batter evenly on waffle iron,close the lid & cook for 5-6 minutes (makes 6-8).
Prepare Butter Bombs:
-Take a spoonful of butter & apply a layer of it in a round silicon molds & freeze for 30 minutes.
-When your molds have set,carefully pop them out & fill it with fruits of your choice.
-Take one half of the sphere & place it on the other that holds the filling & seal the joined with spoon.Butter bombs are ready!
-On waffles,sprinkle sugar & drizzle chocolate syrup.
-Place prepared butter bomb on waffles,drizzle hot maple syrup & serve!

-Alag bowl mein anday ki safedi aur lemon juice dal dein auregg whites foamy ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein (3-4 minutes).
-Whipped egg whites ko mixture bowl mein dal dein & gently fold ker lein.
-Waffle maker ko preheat karein aur cooking oil sa grease ker lein.
-Tayyar waffle batter 1/3 cup ko waffle iron mein evenly pheela lein aur lid bund ker ka 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein (makes 6-8).
Prepare Butter Bombs:
-Butter ko spoon sa nikal lein aur silicon molds mein layer laga lein aur 30 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
-Jab molds set ho jayein tou carefully mold sa nikal lein & fruits of your choice sa fill ker lein.
-Half sphere ko filled mold ka upper rakh dein aur spoon ki madad sa joint ko seal ker lein.Butter bombs tayyar han!
-Waffles per cheeni aur chocolate syrup dal dein.
-Tayyar butter bomb ko waffles per rakh dein aur hot maple syrup drizzle ker ka serve karein!

Sharing an easy delicious Crispy Vegetable Waffles recipe. Perfect for a healthy meal.

You will need the following ingredients for this recipe: ( This recipe makes 4 waffles )
* 1/4 Cup Sweet Corn Kernels
* 1/4 Cup Peas / Mattar
* 1/2 Cup Water ( for boiling corn & peas )
* 1 Cup Semolina / Rawa / Sooji
* 1/4 Cup Gram Flour / Besan
* 6 TBSP Curd / Yogurt
* Salt to taste
* 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
* A pinch of Hing / Asafoetida
* 1 Green Chillie
* 5-6 Leaves of Fresh Spinach ( Chopped )
* Handful of Chopped Coriander
* 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
* 1/2 Cup + 2 TBSP of Water ( for the batter )
Worth Noting: Do not stack the waffles or they will turn soggy. Serve immediately with some green chutney. Do give these a try. They are just perfect.

In this video, we’re going to teach you how to make waffles. This is a recipe for a classic almond flour waffle. But, you can do so much more with this waffles recipe than just make classic waffles. If you pull a few ingredients from this recipe, you can get a really nice “bready” texture. If you miss bread, this “waffle bread” can be a great alternative.
The waffles recipe (Amazing Low-carb Waffles):
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 pinch salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 eggs (organic, pasture-raised)
¼ cup FiberYum
cooking spray (I use avocado spray.)
Directions:
Heat waffle iron per the directions that came with it. Spray both sides of iron with oil before batter is poured in. Mix all ingredients above. Do not overmix. Pour batter in and cook per the directions that came with your waffle iron. All are different! This would be best served right away. If not, put on a cookie sheet, and don’t stack. They tend to get soft when stacked. Add butter and sugar-free syrup or peanut butter, and enjoy!
Karen’s Super Easy Waffle Bread:
This is a variation of the waffle recipe, and cooked just like the waffles or as pancakes above. The texture and taste makes this great to use as a bread replacement! Try it out!
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp Fiber Yum (or Vitafiber, etc)
cooking spray for the pan or waffle iron
I also tried adding different nuts/seeds, or herbs to this recipe. I made one with dried onion and poppy. It tasted like a bagel and would be great with cream cheese. I made one with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and another with shredded carrots and zucchini. Play with it! We used the rounds (pancake-size) on a cheeseburger and it was amazing.
And it’s fun for the kids to get a sandwich on waffle bread! Enjoy!

Waffles taste amazing, the crispy outside with a nice and fluffy inside…Waffles are just amazing. But I’m super excited about today’s video because I decided to add Spinach and Cheese to my Waffles one day and that was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted!
The Spinach adds so much flavor and the cheese, well I don’t need to say how much better Cheese makes things taste! This is really for pretty much any meal of the day. You can have with breakfast with some poached or fried eggs, have it for lunch as the bread for a sandwich or you can even just grab it and take a bit out of it straight from the Waffle Iron (I did that and I do recommend it)
This Cheese & Spinach Waffle recipe is fairly easy and quick to make at home and they come out quite light and fluffy but still with that Waffle feeling with a nice and light golden brown crust. You just need to try it out and see it for yourself!

1½ cups (190g) Flour
2 tsp (10g) Salt
1tbsp (15g) Baking Powder
1 cup (240g) Yogurt, plain
½ cup (225g) Buttermilk
1 pc Egg
⅓ cup (80g) Butter, melted
1 cup (120g) Mozzarella
3 cups (90g) Spinach
RECEITA x5 Waffles
1½ xíc (190g) Farinha de Trigo
2 col/chá (10g) Sal
1 col/sopa (15g) Fermento Biológico
1 xíc (240g) Iogurte, natural
½ xíc (225g) Buttermilk
1 uni Ovo
⅓ xíc (80g) Manteiga, derretida
1 xíc (120g) Muçarela
3 xíc (90g) Espinafre
Savory Waffles | Cheesy Waffles with Bacon and Chives
Savory Waffles
Although we love waffles with maple syrup or whip cream, our cheesy waffles with bacon and chives adds a savoy twist and is a simple recipe.
You can add any savory ingredient to this easy waffle batter to make your own.
Recipe: for waffle batter
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup- all purpose flour
2 tsp- baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup- milk
1/3 cup- butter
1 Egg
1 each- egg white
Method:
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
Melt the butter in a microwave, add milk and put back into the microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Add the whole egg to the milk and butter and whisk.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to loosen any lumps. Do not over stir, small lumps are fine.
Beat the egg white until you get soft peaks and fold gently into the batter.
Add your savory ingredients and stir.
Scoop into a waffle iron and cook based on your waffle iron directions.
We added aged white cheddar, diced bacon and chives into the batter before placing in the waffle iron, topped with hollandaise sauce and a sunny side up egg. Again, you can use any savory combinations.
