How To make Hazelnut Chunk Brownies

1/2 c Hazelnuts
1 c Unsalted butter
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs :
beaten to blend
1/2 c Cocoa powder -- unsweetened
1 tb Vanilla
1/3 c All purpose flour
1/2 ts Salt
7 oz Semisweet chocolate
- coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350~. Toast hazelnuts, husk and coarsely chop; set aside. Lightly butter 9x13" baking pan. Melt 1 cup butter in heavy large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, eggs, cocoa and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Add chopped chocolate and nuts. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out barely moist but not wet, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Wrap tightly.) Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.

Hazelnuts - 75 gms
55% Dark Chocolate - 250 gms
All-purpose Flour - 240 gms
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Unsalted Butter - 100 gms
Castor sugar - 150 gms
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Coffee powder - 1 tbsp
Warm water - 1 cup

Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Brownies (*bonus video*)
????Melt a whole stick of butter (1/2 cup)
????1/3 cup plant-based milk
????3 tsp vanilla extract
???? 1 cup flour
???? 1 1/2 cup sugar (I used coconut sugar)
???? 3/4 cup cocoa powder
???? 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
???? 1/2 cup plant-based chocolate chips
???? 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
I placed parchment paper (with the help of clips) in a 8x8 glass baking dish, spread brownie mixture evenly in the pan and baked the brownies at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (remove clips before baking); after baking allow to cool then cut

????You can either blend fresh strawberries & bananas which takes longer to freeze or slightly freeze bananas & use frozen strawberries which is what I did (the consistency will be like an icy smoothie/milkshake which makes it quicker to freeze)
????freeze 2 bananas 1/2 hour
????slightly thaw 1 cup of frozen strawberries (so they can blend with bananas in food processor)
????1 tbsp vanilla extract
???? 4 tbsp plant-based milk

Ingredients-
120 g Dark Chocolate (Use pure / Real Chocolate)
25 g Butter
100 g Thick Yoghurt
120 g Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
90 g All Purpose Flour
10 g Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
Method-
Grease a 7 baking tin and line it with parchment paper. Leave 4 overhangs instead of 2 as shown. It eases the removal of brownie from the pan.
Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, add in the yogurt, sugar and whisk well. Add in the vanilla essence and whisk again for 4-5 mins to ensure that the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside.
Now, melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler/ microwave and add it to the yogurt-sugar mixture
Alongside, preheat the oven.
Mix together very well for 1-2 minutes and then, add in the dry ingredients while sieving in small batches. Just mix enough using the cut and fold method to combine them well. DO NOT OVER MIX!
Transfer to the greased pan, spread it evenly and bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 20-22 mins.
Remove and let it cool in the pan itself for 30-40 minutes.
Remove and cut it only when completely cooled. If you have time, refrigerate it for an hour before cutting.
To serve, Microwave it for seconds, top with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, drizzle some chocolate sauce and enjoy!!
