Cake: Set oven to 350 and grease a bundt pan Mix (with an electric mixer to get the batter smooth): 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix 1 3.5 oz Box Instant Vanilla Pudding 4 Eggs 1/2 Cup Orange Juice 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil 4 oz Galliano 1 oz Vodka Mix well, about 2 minutes, until batter is smooth. Pour in your greased bundt pan and bake 40-45 minutes testing for doneness at 40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes then invert your cake on to a platter. Let's make the glaze! Glaze: 1 Cup Powdered Sugar 1 oz Vodka 1 oz Galliano Poke several holes in your cake and start spooning the glaze around the cake. Go slowly so the glaze can absorb into your cake. Poke additional holes if needed and don't rush this process. Garnish, if desired, with orange slices.
Cocktail: In a tall glass with ice mix: 1 1/4 oz Vodka 3 oz Orange Juice
Float 1/2 oz Galliano on top (there are no substitutions) Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy the 1970s!
