How To make Hamburger Muffins
1 1/4 lb Hamburger
10 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Egg
Chopped onion,to taste 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c Grated yellow cheese
Salt and pepper,to taste 1 Loave,white or brown bread
Mix together all ingredients, except bread. Cut the crusts off very fresh bread slices. Butter 1 side only; with buttered side down, line muffin tins with bread slices, making sure you don't break the bread at the bottom. Fill each muffin cup with a good tablespoon of hamburger filling. Bake at 350F for 30 mins. They can be frozen, then reheated, or can be served cold. I use a lean ground beef.

Bacon Cheeseburger Muffins
Burgers from scratch are easy to make but these are insanely easy! No patties to form, no buns to bake! Could this be real!? Pillsbury dough is the secret here, pop the fluffy biscuit dough right into a muffin tin and fill them up with beef and gooey cheese. As soon as they come out of the oven top with any of your favorite burger toppings and everyone can customize their own!

RECIPE:
- 8 refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 8 small slices of cheese
- Toppings of your choice.
Crumble and cook the beef in a skillet. Drain. Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, and brown sugar. Grease a muffin tin, and line 8 cups with the refrigerated biscuits. Divide the meat mixture among the 8 cups, and bake at 400°F/204°C for 10-15 minutes, until the biscuit dough is brown. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
