MY TWO FAVORITE EASTER QUICHES/OLD SCHOOL HAM AND CHEESE/BACON AND ONION QUICHE
This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!
THIS RECIPE IS FOR TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF QUICHE
Ingredients:(HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup chopped onions sauteed
Ingredients(BACON AN ONION QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked bacon chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
1/2 cup chopped onions sauteed
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Ingredients:
- Single-crust pie dough for the base (
- 5 eggs + 2 yolks
- 3 onions (medium size)
- 170ml double cream
- 100ml milk
- 140g shredded Gruyere cheese
- 100g prosciutto/bacon/pancetta in cubes
- chives
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
TIP:
#1: We place the ingredientes in layers into the pie crust shell as you would do for a lasagna dish so that each and every slice will have an even distribution of everything once baked.
#2: There are many quiche recipe out there, chooce what you like the most and use it as filling, always add some eggs and cheese for a perfect result. Enjoy! :)

Today I'm going to show you how I make my Ham & Cheese Quiche. Grab your ingredients and cook along with me. RECIPE BELOW

Ingredients you'll need:
• 1 - 9 Inch Frozen Deep Dish Pie Shell (THAW BEFORE ADDING INGREDIENTS)
• 3/4 - Cup Chopped Ham
• 3/4 - Cup Shredded Cheese (I used Sharp Cheddar)
• 1/4 - Cup Finely Chopped Onion (If you do not like a lot of onion, you can lessen this to 1/8 cup)
• 4 - Eggs
• 1 - Cup Evaporated Milk
• 1/2 - Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 325 degrees
• Add ham, cheese & onion to thawed pie shell (You can mix all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl if you wish)
• Add eggs and pepper to mixing bowl
• Whisk your eggs with a fork or small whisk until desired consistency
• Pour egg mixture over the ham, cheese and onions inside pie shell
• Mix thoroughly
• Place quiche on a cookie sheet
• Bake at 325 degrees approximately 50 - 60 minutes - depending on your oven
• Let quiche sit for about 40 - 60 minutes to allow quiche to set before slicing
