How To make Ham Broccoli Rolls
4 sl (rectangular) boiled ham
-(1/4-inch thick) 4 sl Swiss cheese (1/8-inch
-thick) 10 oz Frozen broccoli spears,
-cooked and drained 1 T Butter or margarine
1 T All-purpose flour
1/4 t Salt
1 T Preapred horseradish
2 t Prepared mustard
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t Instant minced onion
2 Slightly beaten egg yolks
1 c Pineapple juice
1/2 c Milk
4 sl Canned pineapple drained
1. In a shallow, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish, place ham
slices. Top each ham slice with cheese. 2. Place cooked broccoli spears on top of each cheese-topped-ham slice. Set
aside. 3. In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, melt the one
tablespoon butter, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. 4. Blend in the flour, salt, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and
onion. Set aside. 5. Combine beaten egg yolk and pineapple juice.
6. Add pineapple juice mixture to butter mixture. Blend well.
7. Stir in milk.
8. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes, stirring every minute
until sauce is thick and bubbling. 9. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of sauce over broccoli.
10. Roll ham and cheese around broccoli and secure with wooden toothpicks.
11. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven for 8 minutes.
12. Spoon remaining sauce over ham rolls. Top with pineapple slices.
13. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is
bubbly.

Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Casserole
1/2 onion
1 tbs margarine
1 frozen bag of broccoli
1 package “ready” penne pasta (or cook 1 cup dry penne pasta)
1 cup chopped lunch meat ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese (divided)
3 tbs bacon bits
1/4 tbs Parmesan
Topping:
1/2 cup panko crumbs
2 tbs melted butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Chop onion
Cook onion and margarine for a few minutes
Cook broccoli according to directions on the packaging
Heat (or cook) penne pasta
Chop lunch meat ham
In large mixing bowl add: cream of chicken soup, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded cheese (reserve 1 cup)
Stir. Add in broccoli, ham, and penne pasta
Grease 9x13
Add half of mixture
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Add remaining pasta mixture
In separate dish combine panko crumbs,
Melted butter, and Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle over top
Bake at 350° 25-30 minutes

Ingredients:
6 slices of ham
3 oz shredded cheddar
2 oz cream cheese
1 cup of chopped broccoli florets
Seasonings of your choice
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients except your ham.
2. Roll it up into the ham & air fry for 6-9 minutes at 400F.

Ingredients
* 100-150g broccoli florets ????
* 150g cream cheese (can sub with dairy free cream cheese)
* Big handful of grated cheddar cheese
* 1 sheet of ready roll puff pastry
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200° C and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Cook your broccoli florets in boiling water until soft.
3. Unroll the puff pastry, and evenly spread the cream cheese, covering edge to edge of the pastry.
4. Then sprinkle with the broccoli florets and the grated cheese.
5. Roll up the pastry into a sausage and using a sharp knife slice the roll into 1.5 cm thick slices.
6. Lay each piece on the prepared baking tray.
7. Bake at 200˚C for 20-25 minutes, until puffed up, crisp and golden.
8. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly before serving.
9. Enjoy!
