How To make Ham Balls
1 Thawed ham loaf
1 c Crushed white crackers
1/8 ts Pepper
2 lg Eggs
1/2 c Milk
SAUCE:
1 1/2 c Brown sugar
1 ts Dry mustard
1/2 c White vinegar
1/2 c Water
Mix ham, crackers, eggs, pepper and milk thoroughly. Form into balls. Place in 9 x 13 pan. In saucepan, mix brown sugar, dry mustard, white vinegar, and water. Heat together in a pan. Pour over balls. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. Add 1 can pineapple chucks before cooking, if desired.

Hamball Recipe
1.5 pounds Hamloaf
1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 Cup Milk ( I do just under a cup )
1 package Graham Crackers (crushed)
Sauce
3 cans condensed tomato soup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is cooked through. This will vary on your oven and size of hamballs that you make!
