How To make Grilled Seafood Flautas
Roasted Tomato Sauce; * 8 oz Crab Meat; **
1/2 c Green Onions w/tops; Sliced
1 tb Butter Or Margarine
1/2 c Dairy Sour Cream
1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese; Shred
14 oz Artichoke Hearts; ***
10 Flour Tortillas; ****
4 tb Butter Or Margarine
* See Sowest 2 for recipe. ** Use 1 package of Frozen salad-style imitation crabmeat, thawed *** Artichoke hearts should be drained and cut into quarters. Use one **** Flour tortillas should be 7 to 8 inches in diameter and be warm. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prepare Roasted Tomato Sauce; set aside. Cook crabmeat and onions in 1 Tbls of margarine over medium heat, stirring frequently, until onions are tender. Mix in cour cream, cheese and artichoke hearts. Spoon about 13 of a cup of the mixture onto one end of each tortilla. Roll up tightly into a cylinderical shape; secure with wooden picks. Heat 2 Tbls of margarine in 10-inch skilled over medium heat until hot and bubbly. Cook 3 or 4 flautas
in margarine, turning frequently, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Keep warm in 300 degree F. oven. Repeat with remaining flautas, adding the remaining margarine as needed. Serve with warm Roasted Tomato Sauce.

Fried potato rolled taquitos recipe
For the tacos
30 corn tortillas
2 lbs russet potatoes
2 cups of cotija cheese
To taste salt to taste
To taste black pepper
Water to cover and cook the potatoes
For the tomatillo salsa
1 lb tomatillos
1 serrano (spicy)
1/4 white onion, medium
2 garlic, cloves
Small bunch cilantro, fresh
1 avocado, large (about 9 oz)
Salt to taste
1 cup of water + enough water to cover & cook ingredients for salsa
1/4 in of vegetable or canola oil for frying
For serving
Mexican style cream
Cotija cheese

Cheese steak taquitos on the griddle are awesome flat top grill appetizers to make for game day, or any day! You're basically making your favorite ribeye cheesesteak and rolling it up in a corn tortilla, then shallow frying the taquitos on the Blackstone griddle... what's not to love?!

This jumbos ware really great.

Let's fry some jumbos from the sea.
You will need a pond of shrimp.
Add 1 tbsp of yellow mustard.
1 tbsp of Hot pepper sauce
2 beaten eggs
Mix well all the ingredients.
Set a side.
Move on. Kapeesh!
For your dry mix, you will need:
1 cup of flour
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of creole seasoning
1 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp of salt
Mix it all together.
Grab your jumbos, remove some of the excess and add to your dry mix on a plastic container.
Shake it really violently, like a real italian. Good!
Set your fryer to 375 degrees.
Set your jumbos very gently so you don't burn yourself by spilling hot oil all over.
Fry it for 2 and a half minutes.
Done.
