Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best cheesy chicken flautas/taquitos! They are seriously the best! So easy so simple yet soooo flavorful hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family!

Tip!!! You can fry them if you want them to be more crispy! Also try them in the air fryer bake at 400 for 3-4 minutes
‼️‼️Don’t have an instant pot/ pressure cooker, no problem try it on the crockpot high for 2-3 hrs
Stovetop: boil your chicken for 25 minutes then shred and cook your chicken with taco mix, diced tomatoes and green chiles, then add cream cheese and cheeses cheese ????
Ingredients:makes 30 flautas
2 lbs or 3 chicken breast
Flour tortilla for soft tacos
16 oz Monterey Jack or Oaxaca cheese
6 oz cream cheese
2 oz (2 packages) taco seasoning mix
1 can (10 oz) ROTEL seasoned diced tomatoes&green chiles
3/4 chicken broth or water
Oil

Easy Homemade Chicken Flautas | Tex-Mex Queen:
Learn how to make easy chicken flautas. In this episode, Vianney shows us how to make this simple dish and learn why they hold a special place in her corazón.
INGREDIENTS:
For Flautas:
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for brushing tortillas
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cup chicken broth
12 corn tortillas
Oil for frying
Finely shredded cabbage *optional*
Salsa
DIRECTIONS:
1) Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté until light and translucent; about 3 minutes.
2) Add cumin and salt. Combine. Stir in shredded chicken, chicken broth, reduce heat and simmer until heated through. Remove from heat.
3) Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
4) Lightly fry each tortilla until pliable. Place two tablespoons of chicken on each tortilla roll tightly, place it on the baking sheet seam side down.
5) Repeat until all flautas are made.
6) Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven, season with salt and serve warm with roasted poblano avocado sauce and shredded cabbage.

Quick and Easy Chicken Flautas / Leftover Chicken Recipe
Everyone is busy these days and sometimes we don't have time to make a fancy dinner or save a little money by not going out to eat. If you have leftover chicken or feel like stopping by the store to grab a rotisserie chicken, then this recipe will not disappoint. QUICK and EASY CHICKEN FLAUTAS. A family favorite and we don't have to throw away that leftover chicken sitting in the refrigerator.
EQUIPMENT USED
Handheld Blender (Bamix Hand Blender)
Nitrile Powder Free Gloves
Wire Cooking Trays
SONY ZV-1
Deity D4 Microphone
INGREDIENTS
Leftover Chicken or 1 Rotisserie Chicken
Seasonings *(Depends if your chicken is already seasoned but if not just keep it simple. More flavor will come from the toppings and/or condiments)
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
*Feel free to use whatever seasoning you like to season your chicken with and if your chicken is already seasoned, don't add anything. You're done.
Corn Tortillas
Cooking Oil of your choice (about a 1/2 inch of oil)
Salt (To season the Flautas after frying)
TOPPINGS (You can use anything you want. This is what I used)
Queso Fresco (Rancherito Brand)
Mexican Crema
My Authentic Green Salsa????
Refried Beans
Avocado
Common Toppings
Sour Cream
Melted Cheese (Queso)
Shredded Lettuce
Funky Cold Medina DIY Guacamole????

Rolled Crispy Chicken Tacos/Flautas
Servings: 33 tacos
Cook chicken in Broth
2 lbs bone-in, chicken breast
1/2 white onion, medium
6 garlic cloves
2 tomato, roma (6 oz)
1 jalapeno
2 carrots
1 TBSP Salt, kosher
1 tsp black peppercorns
4 ea sprigs of mint
Small bunch thyme
10 cups water
10 oz tomatillos
Pickled red onions
1/2 red onion, thinly, large
3 habanero
1 jalapeños
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp sugar
To taste white pepper
1 tsp dry mexican oregano
1 tsp salt, kosher
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
Make the salsa
Cooked tomatillos, onion, tomato, jalapeno, garlic.
2 cups broth
2 raw garlic, cloves
1/2 bunch cilantro
Prepare the shredded chicken
1 tsp kosher, salt
To taste white pepper (1/2 tsp)
2 TBSP smooth olive oil to fry the sauce
Season sauce at the end with 1/2 tsp of kosher salt.
Toppings
Cabbage, shredded
Mexican-style cream
Avocado, diced
Cotija cheese, crumble
Tomato, sliced
