Grilled Corn on the Cob with Spicy Butter Sauce and Feta | DADS THAT COOK
Chef Jason of Dads That Cook shows you a simple way to create an out of the ordinary take on grilled corn on the cob. Be sure to grill with the husk on, turning frequently.
We're going to make some grilled corn on the cob, and I'm gonna show you a different way to do that, but this is gonna be your butter sauce. I've got a whole cube of this butter. It'll nuke a little faster if we cut it up. I've got a little chili powder, half a teaspoon maybe.
Put this in one of these little Pyrex deals and we're gonna microwave it for a minute or so. Now, you've got a spicy butter sauce that's gonna go phenomenal with this grilled corn that you're gonna love. We'll just throw that in there. Perfect. Look at that. Get your corn on the cob, on the grill, secret trick, this is how it works.
All you gotta do really is you take your corn just like it is, and you stick it on the grill. You leave it in the husk, and it works for about 15, 20 minutes. You leave it on the grill, you flip it over, every five minutes or so, you're turning it. And then at the end, we're gonna use the husks as a holder, holding it up, piece of cake.
Let's get a little bit of this butter. We're just gonna spread a little bit like that, and we'll throw a little feta on there. I love that feta and I like being able to hold it with this little handle. But that butter is like tasty. It's not hot, it's not spicy, I didn't put a lot of chili powder in it, but it has a small kick to it.
