Nail Art-Inspired Neon Drip Cake I CHELSWEETS

I had the pleasure of having Taryn Multack @missladyfinger join me in the kitchen to help me make this out of control neon cake! It's inspired by her amazing nail art.

In this video, Taryn walks us through her neon manicure, step by step. We then decorate a colorful caramel cake in the same striped pattern, add on some pink drips, and bright, white chocolate shards. We also get to learn a little bit more about Taryn and how she became such an amazing nail artist!!

Red and Neon Green Mirror glaze cake+ Recipe

Recipe for Mirror glaze :
200g Water
150g Sugar
200g cream
200g Cacao Powder
100g Glucose Sirup
17g Gelatine
50gCondensmilk

Bring the water,sugar, cream, glucose sirup ,condensmilk and Cacao Powder in to a bowl / cool down for 1 Minute and at last Mix the gelatine to . Bring the Glace of 30C and make it over the frozen Cake .
Recipe for spider web :
Mix100g Neutral Glaze with Red an Green food color and use it at 35 C /

I wasn't sure the best name for this cake, since it glows under black light not just in the dark... but what do you call that? I figured anyone looking for this technique is going to search glow in the dark so I hope you understand why I titled it like this! ENJOY!
