How To make Grape Nuts Homemade
INGREDIENTS: 3 1/2 c Graham flour
1 c Brown sugar or 3/4 cup syrup
2 c Buttermilk or sour milk
1 t Salt
1 t Soda
DIRECTIONS: Sift flour. Measure and add soda and salt. Sift again. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Add buttermilk to dry ingredients; beat until smooth. Spread dough 1/4" thick on flat, greased pans. Bake at 375-F for approximately 15 minutes or until crisp and

GRAPE NUT BARS | Dr. McDougall Recipe
Good Morning everyone,
I thought I would share a super easy recipe that Dr.McDougall and his wife Mary created. It takes no time at all to whip up and it's a simple healthy treat!
GRAPE NUT BARS
- 3 cups grape nuts cereal
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cinnamon (I added this but it's optional)

Grandma's Cookbook- Grape-Nuts Pudding
Kick off the new year with a questionable healthy(?) 'pudding' with everyone's favorite: Grape Nuts!
Recipe as written (there is no time for baking in the recipe, but I went with about 35-40 mintues):
Beat up
3 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 T. vanilla
1/2 c. grape nuts
Stir
Bake 350* oven

Easy Grape-Nuts Cookies Recipe | MOLCS Easy Recipes
Grape-Nut Cookies
1/2 C Butter - softened
1/3 C Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Honey
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
1 C Flour
2 C Oats
1 C Grape-Nuts Cereal
In a small bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda & salt. Set aside
In a large bowl, cream together the butter & sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in
the honey, vanilla & brown sugar.
Gently fold in the flour, oats & grape-nuts cereal just until combined.
Drop by rounded Tbsp onto a cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 F for 11 - 14 minutes.

Mic 3.5 cups of wheat flour with 1 cup of brown sugar. 1 tsp baking soda and 2 cups of buttermilk together. Spread on well greased cooked sheet. Bake 30 mins and stir then bake additional 30 min or until crunchy. Oven temp 200 - 250 degrees.
